Waking up early on a Monday morning, Aimée yawns as the sun shines through her window. She starts on her daily routine-- taking a shower, putting on a fresh set of clothes, all to prepare for another day of work atCafe Miam. Heading out the front door of her apartment building, she turns at the corner of Cité Bienayméto see the owner open up his café. "Bonjour, monsieur!", she greets. "I've just opened up, and orders have already come in!", the old man chuckles as he unlocks the door. "Put on your apron; it's going to be a busy day!"Heading towards the table at the farthest end of the windows, she asks "May I take your order, miss?"

Walking down the street, Chanel tunes out and starts daydreaming, until the sound of a car horn brings her back, and she finds herself in the middle of a crosswalk. "Those Americans. Tourists."she says to herself as she gets back onto the sidewalk. When she turns around she sees a crowd of people surrounding a building. Something tells her that it's a line, but she forces her way through to find a dainty cafe, flooding with customers. She sits down at the last available table by the window,to find a young girl coming towards her, probably a waitress. After hearing the menu, she orders "One hot cup of coffee and a tiramisu cake slice. And be quick with it, I have places to go."
"Alrighty!"Aimée responds as she walks away, leaving the woman tapping her fingers on the coffee table as a sign of impatience. "Over here!" someone calls out, then another. The Cafe owner, Papi, sighs. "We're short on staff!" he tells her, posting a "Help Wanted! We're Hiring!" sign in front of the Cafe. Aimée continues to brew the woman's coffee, then heads back to her with her order. "Here you go! That'll be $6.50."

Chanel waits for the waitress.. or was she a barista? Or both? The thought confused her. She glanced out the window, but was unable to see anything due to the line of people forming around the cafe. Sighing, she glances at her watch. It's still early, only half past ten. The waitress comes back with her order. Delicately sipping the cup of coffee to make sure she doesn't smear her lipstick, she finds that it is the most delicious cup of coffee she's ever tasted. After finishing her biscuit, she heads towards the register to pay, only to find that her wallet only has bills of twenties. "Keep the change, the coffee is worth what I'm paying."she says as she walks towards the door."I'll be back.. most likely.."Just then her phone beeped signalling a new text message. "Meeting moved to 3 o'clock sharp." She still had a few hours before work, so she went back in line to order another cup of coffee and returned to her seat.
It was a horrible morning for Dorian, and the reason was...he was out of coffee. Now the habbit and his poor addiction had to go and spend four or more dollars for coffee that MAY or may not be burned. Grumbling under his breath of some of his colourful vocabulary....The marvelous Dorian Von Del stormed into Cafe Miam. His eyes jumped from the plates to the cups, and then the tables. It was pretty cozy, and he liked that. With judging eyes, he blew the red hair out his face as he adjusted his eye bandage. Now..where to get the coffee....? "YOU. LADY!" He bellowed, with a single finger pointed at the waitress who was putting up a 'now hiring sign' "MAKE ME SOME DAMN COFFEE." He shouted on the top of his lungs. His bunny ears bent back in much displeasure. He expected the lady to hop to his order quickly. "I NEED TO SATISFY MY ADDICTION. NOOOOW. GET TO IT WOMMIN." He shouted again, he placed his hands in his pockets and sat himself in a chair next to another lady. He eyed her and her obnoxiously bright blonde hair. Why is she drinking coffee before him? How rude. His eye twitched in irritation, he really needed his coffee.

==========================================Aimée
The bell above the door rang, signalling an entrance. Aimée turned to see a, well she couldn't find a name to fit the customer.. a Habbit perhaps? The thought of unusual customers brought Aimée to reminisce the circus performer who visited the Café last summer. He had six fingers on each hand, a strange, red rash-like mark under his nose, and spoke so nasally that she could barely make out his words. She shivered at the memory.The strange creature demanded coffee, but didn't specify. "I'll give him decaf... he needs it" she said to herself. "I'll be right with you!"Aimée replied. Returning to the counter, she mumbled "A strange and rude customer. Just what I need." Brewing the Habbit's cup of coffee, she delicately shaped the coffee cream into an image of a maple leaf, and returned to the creature. She couldn't help but think of petting his soft, fluffy ears. Resisting the urge, she went to the next customer.
With growing impatience, the angsty habbit watched the line go out the door--he avoided the glares of angry customers. He HAD cut in line, demanded her immediate service...all to satisfy his addiction. He saw nothing rude about it. He smiled a little, and blew a raspberry at one man who continually tried to stare him down. He shook his head a little at the waitress' response. Any NORMAL person would've sent him out of the shop for his behavior. He wondered if he could find the girl's breaking point? Something that would make that nice welcoming nature of hers just shatter. It'd be amusing...for him anyways.
Then, a coffee was placed on his table, his ears tilted up curiously..he had made a grave error. He didn't specify which coffee he wanted..at least the damn woman made him something that LOOKED nice. With closed eyes, the sweet smell of coffee floated around him...this was what he was waiting for. THIS was what he wanted. THIS WAS NIRVANA!
With a sip filled with much expectations---his eyes opened. A frown ran across his face as his ears were pinned against his black and red hair. "YOU CALL THIS COFFEE?!" The boy wailed as he threw the cup across the counter, he watched the cup shatter and the disgusting 'wanna-be' coffee spill onto the floor. "THAT WAS HORRIBLE. IF I GET CANCER YOU ARE HEARING FROM MY LAWYER. AND THEN MY DOCTOR. AND THEN ME. ACTUALLY, YOU ARE HEARING FROM ME NOW. YOU GET TO HEAR ME TWICE. WHOOP DE DOO." He threw his hands into the air, as he shoved his way behind the counter, "DAMN IT. WHERE DID YOU LEARN TO MAKE COFFEE?"He shouted again, the concept of 'indoor voices' never applied to him. The waiting customers continued to stare in both fear and curiosity of what hell would break loose.
"HELL, WHY IS THERE A LINE HERE? CUSTOMERS DON'T DRINK THIS s**t. IT'S NOT EVEN CAFFEINATED! DO YOUR JOB RIGHT. GEEBUS." He continued to shout and make a rather...loud commotion in the quaint shop.Luckily, the only thing that was destroyed was the cup of coffee the waitress had given him. For now, anyways...

OOC: He is a bit scary, in a good way. There's no need to change his character; it makes the story interesting emotion_dowant
==========================================Aimée
Aimée carefully watched the creature prepare to sip his cup of coffee. A glimmer danced across his eyes. Aimée smiled to herself. Nearly every customer that comes into Café Miam conceives the same look when they are about to taste their first cup of coffee. It would be no surprise to her if he climbed up the Eiffel Tower and exclaimed how wonderful that single cup of coffee was. Okay, maybe the next moments would be less extravagant.
She continued to watch the creature as he began to sip the cup of coffee; his ears twitched as his eyes opened. All of a sudden, shouting came from a corner of the Café. Aimée's eyes scanned across the room to seek the source of the hideous outcry.
Then it hit her.The outburst came from the habbit. Her heart felt like the Titanic. Part of it continued to sink to the ocean's bottom, with the other half gasping for air above the surface.
What could have gone wrong? She went through the recipe mentally; every single bean brewed came from this country, every single liquid drop was caffeinated to keep their customers energized, every- that's it! There was no caffeine in the coffee. Aimée smacked her forehead. How could she forget? What could she do? Another cup of coffee should change his mind. Brewing another cup of coffee, she slowly approached the habbit with her whole body trembling.
"Surely this cup of coffee won't disappoint you, I'll personally give a refund if you're unsatisfied."
The girl stood there, with every joint and muscle in her body numb. Glancing at the floor, she saw the mess. We need to hire a janitor, she whispered to herself.
Her ears twitched. Yes, her cat side detected rabbit. Very energetic rabbit. Her ears perked up and she entered the cafe, and her Veria caught the human in the rabbit. Well, that was no fun. Her cat side had been craving rabbit for weeks. Crouching almost to all fours, bow and sheath flat on her back, she began creeping toward that habbit. Her slightly fanged teeth were bared slightly in a grin as her tail twitched. Even if she couldn't eat it, keeping in practice was still fun...

DORIAN VON DEL
The Habbit fell silent as the waitress came over, saying it'd be on her or something. He wondered to himself, if this was part of her script in being nice to all grouchy/unsatisfied customers...or...if she really meant it. Taken back by how she hadn't blown up yet...he flipped a table over breaking the vase and flower that once stood on it. He turned and took the coffee, with a raised eyebrow...the aroma with this one was overwhelming. In a good way. It made his rage simmer down, he could tell, this was the perfect cup of coffee. He looked at the waitress, "Thank you..." He squinted his big brown eyes as looked for a name tag; "Aimée."He finished awkwardly. Ah yes. This was it. THIS WAS IT. THE CUP OF COFFEE HE LONGED FOR.
Then, his ears moved forward, a threat? His relaxed eyes widened at the Neko crouching and nearing him. "OH HELL NO. GET THE F*** AWAY FROM ME. I HAVE THE PERFECT CUP OF COFFEE. I WENT THROUGH HELL. I MADE THIS PLACE HELL TO GET IT. AIMEE O'ER HERE PRATICALLY SLAVED OVER IT---" The cat seemed to ignore his shouts. His voice went from anger to immediate fear. It was clear the Habbit knew he was screwed. He took one look at his coffee, if he sipped this glorious cup of coffee---oh man. He would be happy. And dead. Damn.
But if...oh man. He really didn't like this option. "DAMMIT CAT LADY. GO HUNTING IN WALMART OR SOMETHING I'M SURE THEY HAVE RATS AND s**t ALL OVER THE PLACE."With a heavy heart---the Habbit tossed his perfect cup of coffee at the cat--spilling the hot cup of coffee all over her. "AND DON'T YOU DARE LICK YOURSELF CLEAN IN FRONT OF ME. THAT'S SHOWERING AND DAMN THAT MAKES IT AWKWARD FOR ME AS A GUY. DON'T YOU HAVE ANY SHAME? WE'RE IN A PUBLIC AREA. AND YOU OWE ME MORE COFFEE! GRAAAAH!" He began to kick things off the shelves, clearly upset over his spilled coffee. And almost being eaten. Mostly the coffee.
♛ ooc: Dorian will never get his coffee. :C So he's just gonna destroy the shop until he does. xD
Fern shook off the hot, nasty stuff, and when the dolt decided to start tearing things up, pulled out her bow. In rapid succession, she had a trail of arrows by the crossbreed, carefully shooting just ahead of where he was, to see about minimalizing the destruction the idiot was making. Now she looked more like her Veria self, minus the long, white ears. Perks of being a crossbreed, she reasoned. She still was as good an archer, able to hear the Wood as well...she just heard whispers the others didn't, a deeper level of the Wood, having the feline blood within her. When her quiver was nearly empty, she lowered the loaded bow. "Done, or do I outright shoot you?" She asked, a slight growl in the background of her words.

==========================================Aimée
Aimée took a deep breath to control her temper... the Habbit won't give up, would he? The Café fell silent as he tasted the coffee. Aimée's perspective of the creature changed the moment he said "Thank you..." So he does have manners. She eyed his ears. They were twitching again.. what did his senses pick up? Once again, shouting reinstated when another exotic animal appeared; a cat-like creature. Aimée shook her head. What could possibly attract all of these animals?
All of a sudden, chaos erupted; bows flying across the cafe, and what her eyes caught sight of was the last straw. Her heart sank. Another perfect cup of coffee had been spilled. Her face became the colors of pink, then rose, and then red.
"THAT IS ENOUGH! GOOD GOD, THIS IS A CAFE. NOT A FOREST OR A PRACTICE RANGE. GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE. TWO CUPS OF COFFEE BROKE, A MESS THAT- OH HELP ME GOD - IS NOT GOING TO CLEAN ITSELF. YOU TWO. CLEAN IT UP!
Aimée eyes glanced around the Café; it was vacant, the customers must have left in fear in the midst of the chaos, the only customer left was the blonde who she served earlier, just calmly sipping her coffee. Her heart was still beating at what felt like a hundred paces a minute, but slowed down as her cheeks resumed to their normal color. A grin made its way to Aimée's face... That's it! They can be the janitors for the Café!, a voice in her head told her. An endless amount of items were broken, and it would be a great way for them to pay off their debt.
