Biography: A man who was hired by 'Calliope' to collect Jynkan, the sub class race of Eidellys Synkrom that made their escape into the universe. He has been sent to various planets to seek out these Jynkan and capture them, dead or alive. But there was a malfunction with the teleporter upon arriving on earth, him being unable to get back until he acquires the proper materials to fix it. In his mean time he made his way to the circus academy and enrolled . . . though one could say he had no idea what he did.

Electrokinesis - Being a Tsavarian, Kongju is able to absorb, conduct, generate and manipulate a form of energy resulting from the existence of charged particles (such as electrons or protons) which gives him control over electric fields, electric charges, electric currents, electronics.
Augmented Strength - Though he may not look like it, his strength greatly surpasses the world's strongest men, as witnessed when being arrested when he first was stationed on earth, he broke out of his handcuffs, cell and jail with little to no effort.
