The reason I asked is because I noticed my cat Hiro is drinking more. (not sure if it's more than usual since I never really see him drink that much). The water fountain is in another room.
Because I was spraying that room with anti-flea spray I moved it to the living room and saw him drinking a few good minutes for about 2 to 3 times a day, perhaps even 4, I don't know. I don't know if he does that always. (we have work too..)
He doesn't seem lethargic. He behaves a bit more crazier than usual. Meows, but I think that's to blame because I don't allow him in a lot of rooms right now. (fleas). He doesn't vomit, no diarrhea, and perhaps he pees too (i honestly haven't paid attention to that yet). He eats normally, wants his treats, anything.
When do I have to start worrying and visit the vet?

I would keep an eye on him like a hawk, esp with his box usage. Drinking lots of water with little to no coming out could be a problem. Or if hes peeing very very little.

that can be a red flag for diabetes in cats (as well as humans).
keep an eye on him. check out feline diabetes and see if you feel like he needs a vet visit.
he may just be thirsty, though xd
