To say that Tallulah was a little on the exhausted side would be a bit of an understatement but really the Peisio Merkein wasn't going to complain. After all who in their right mind was going to complain to a battled hardened Diabi? He was almost certain the guy could beat him in his sleep... as such the last thing he was going to do was complain or risk a fight. Instead he would see about continuing to follow the orders that were given to him and it was once more to go out and fight with the Ysali dragons. It seemed that how he did this time around would determine something 'very important' according to Eyphah and he was curious to see what that very important thing was. Already his mind was racing between ideas... but he couldn't come up with one that made a whole ton of sense. All that he knew for certain was that it was going to be something interesting. After all he doubted very highly that the Diabi would make it sound so important if it was something that was actually quite dull in the long run. As such here he was, prowling the woods of Serenia once more, waiting for his chance to battle with another of the brightly colored Ysali dragons.
As one of them came into sight he recalled the words of advice that he'd been given, that he should 'use his claws' as well. It seemed that, while he'd gotten lucky the last time as far as catching the dragon's throat just right in his jaws that using his claws was important as well. Eyphah's reasoning behind doing so was a rather simple one, it made it a lot easier to track them down if they escaped. It seemed a little vengeful if you asked him but again it was something he hadn't said out loud, not wanting to question Eyphah's method of hunting, especially given that he'd told him how many orbs he had in his collection where as Tallulah only had two at this point. He knew which of the three of them knew better what he was doing and it was most certainly NOT Tallulah himself as of now. It was going to take him some time before he was ready to battle with the things that Eyphah battled with but he had the potential for it. Why else would Eyphah be helping him out if the Diabi didn't think that was the case after all?
Tallulah's eyes went wide as he stumbled across a pair of Ysali and he wanted to snarl over it. How was it that he kept finding them in pairs?! Was his luck against him that much? Bah, no matter, he would do this, he'd go in there, he'd attack, he'd make sure to use both claw and fang, and he would see about trying to get another orb from the pair of them. Taking in a deep, steadying breath the Merkein charged forward into battle against them... and it seemed as though what Eyphah had suggested was right. While his teeth had been quite useful when it came to downing the one Ysali dragon before it seemed as though his claws helped a lot more. He was able to cut deep with them, slowing them down, making them more vulnerable to his bite attacks. It really didn't even take long this time around for him to finish off not one but both of the dragons that he had come across much to his shock and awe. He stood there for a long time, his body shaking from the adrenaline surging through him, and he starred down at the two glittering orbs, before he hurried to grab them up. Oh my but he had to show these to Eyphah! It was such luck that allowed to him to take a pair of Ysali and he wanted nothing more then to celebrate such a victory with the one that was coaching him along his path toward becoming a Merkeinian!
