Something ambles towards you slowly, making uneven clicking noises. It reaches out feeble claws at you... barely able stand upright.

Rhryse wasn't exactly wandering around alone. She had friends. But they weren't always together. And sometimes...things just showed up out of the shadows. Like the Creeper.

She didn't even hesitate to take a swing at it. She knew how these things went.

One swing was followed quickly by another. She hardly had to think about anymore.

She followed that swing with yet another.

Battle no longer phased her. Along, with a group, large enemies, small....It didn't matter. She could fight.

Another swing, and the monster crumbled. Broke away to nothing resembling what it had been.

Rhryse looked at it. It felt good to defeat it. But something was a little sad.
Did it hurt, to die like that? It had hurt when her heart was cut out. Did these strange beasts feel pain?

She hoped not.
