Here are some simple rules and guidelines that you may want to know. We are all adults, and so we try to treat each other with respect that is deserved to all persons.

1. Follow Gaia's TOS

2. Members must be 18+, now open to application.

3. Respect should be given to all members. Please no flaming and try to be understanding of others, we're all adults.

4. If you have your own journal and you want some opinions, feel free to make a thread and let us know. Our members are supportive and understanding.

5. You can only ever get out of this guild whatever you put into it. If you have a complaint or question about something be sure to let someone know. If your NOT having a good time than we would like to know what we could do to make it better. Simply sitting there never saying anything is not the best way to meet new people, which is first and foremost the purpose of this guild, and all of Gaia. We urge all members to participate, if only in a small amount.

6. Please remember that we here try not to draw conclusions. However if you give us false/incomplete information that we may not be blamed for any consequences that may incur from this information. i.e: if you tell us you have no kids, and than later say your a better parent because your kids are better than someone else's, we may just stare at you funny. stare

7. We currently do not allow any member run contests within the guild. If you have a contest outside of the guild that you want to advertise, feel free to make a thread about it in the Bingo Parlor

If your new here than I'll take the time to give you a brief tour of the city so that you can know where to find anything you might be looking for:

The Lakeside Apts is a good place to make your first post. Its our friendly residences where you can introduce yourself with your own thread and will be easily noticed.

The Town Square thread is our usually gathering place. It where we do our daily chatting not related to anything in particular.

The Hitching Post is where you can tie up your mule.

The Invite thread is where you can let us know if you have any friends who might like to join in our little community.

The Bingo Parlor is run by the little old lady down the road, and she has some great contests you can join in on.

The Art Gallery is for posting pictures you would like to share with us. If your looking for some artwork be sure to browse through my personal museum for some samplings of various artists. Whenever possible I always provide a link to the artists shop.

The Theatre District is where you can find create or participate in RP's

And of course the Coffee Shop is where you can go and just start talking about whatever you wish.

We always have a couple of fun threads running in the Park, from pictures to stories. And even a few fun games.

Just a reminder to all members.

Funding for all AoG events comes mainly from donations from guild members. In order to give bigger prizes which would encourage more participation we need more funding. Please send all donations of items or gold to Two Socks, the official AoG Guild Mule. Just be sure to label your trades with AoG Donation so that we may keep track of trades.

When we decide on a new contest we will post an announcement. We are truly sorry for not having them more often.

If you want to know about a certain forum than go ahead and ask myself or the mod for that forum. Just so you know, heres our list of crew members and which forum the cover:

Hear ye, hear ye. Announcing the upcoming reuturn of the offical Adults of Gaia Avatar Contests. Starting in December we'll have a new contests each month. Winners will receive gold and/or prizes, depending on the turn out on a month to month basis.

All people interested in participating can send me a message for more info.

I am going to ask that any questions about the contests to please ask BOLON, Ananda, Bestmom, and of course our guild leader KC (aka SamuraiKoala).
