Something about the battles had helped steel her a bit more; giving her strength that she hadn't found at first. It was easier, as they went on, to fight harder... Swing harder, move faster. This creeper wasn't going to last long. She could feel it. When the spear seemed to be sticking she jammed it down harder, seeming entirely too delighted with herself for a moment... And then briefly horrified at that realization. Raedala drew her weapon back quickly, stepping back to see just what she had done...
