Liom felt invigorated after his dealing with the Shrine just earlier, the blessing filled him with something. Perhaps an old passion. He wanted to fight things, but then again that wasn't exactly new since he threw himself into so many battles.
But it had at least done something, perhaps the flourish in his attacks because he felt a great power within him and he hit the target he bounded up to hard. One of those things with a box for a head. Sarviur charged for it, dodging around the group fighting it and aiming his daggers at his stomach. They sunk, although they didn't seem to hit anywhere fatal. Oh, well. He assessed the group at his side, this time: most of them seemed to be fighting with a set of dual daggers, as well. How lucky. Well, with the exception of one - that one was familiar, another shadow with a blue heart. He'd fought with her before. Well, fine. This thing could have more daggers to its limbs, if it really wanted to play that way. Sarviur missed with one of his implements but struck with the other - a glancing blow, cutting a little line on the curved wire by its head. Heh. Sarviur thrust both daggers into the beast again. Except, to his surprise, it parried, and he bounced back, rather stunned. Oh, that had hurt.
