Apparently you're supposed to drink at least 2.5 Liters of water a day... Which is over 7 fillings of most of our drinking glasses. ....I know I don't drink that much. >>;

I don't drink that much of ANYTHING, even TOTAL, throughout a day.
I would puke if I tried to drink that much in a day.

Actually that's a summation for the average American (adult male). It's actually calculated by your diet, your height and body mass.
Everyone is different. If everyone ate and drank the same amount then half of us would be dehydrated and half of us would be (believe it or not, its a real thing) WATER POISONED. :/

That'd be one hell of a way to go... Omg I remember reading/hearing a story a few years ago of a man who's bladder exploded because he was in water drinking contest, and no bathroom breaks. The person who drank the most water won a Wii (when the Wii first came out).
