She walked into the Shrine and found one of the goddess there. Even with doubts, she was given a task - to extract a heart. Holding the scissors, she let the darkness swallowed her. There were three doors in front of her, each gave different feeling. Without thinking, she chose the first one because of the smiling pumpkin sigil.

Behind the door, she heard a light humming sound, as if someone was singing a song. The image of smiling glowing pumpkins came into her mind as the sound continued. Then, there was silence. She moved on and heard voices from distance. Their voice - were familiar and the warmth generated from it made her smile. It was so pleasant.
A field of pumpkins! They are like guiding her a direction. She walked along the path and met a open field with glowing orange flowers. It was so lovely.
In this peaceful place sit a tombstone. She got closer to read the writing on it.
"HERE LIES Arynek" She couldn't see the last part which she believed where the name was.
Thump-thump.
She heard something, it was the heart, it's underneath the grave.
She knew what to do.
Using her scissors to clear all the glasses and ground soils around the glowing orange heart, she could see the heart bit-by-bit. Until it wasn't covered by anything again. She carefully picked it up.
Thump-thump.
That was the last sound it made, she put it into her bag.
"That should be our first meeting, right" He asked with a smile. "Who are you?" She asked, in confusion. He told her he was the tyro before her. She knew his existence, from her uchitels, they shared the same name. "Do you know they miss you? Why you don't come back?" She heckled. "I know....but I won't come back anymore. They should be fine, they have you now." She yelled "I can never replace you! They even gave me your name, how can you think I can replace you?!" She cried, asking him to come back -

She left the pumpkin field, finding the way back to the goddess. She didn't realize when the ground was no longer soil. That was a dead end, so she tried another way while she heard some strange sloshing sounds and footsteps.
She turned back, there was nothing.
"H-Hello, is there someone else?"
Silence.
Thus, she continued to walk, when she suddenly felt cold, she discovered she was in water and it was getting deeper as she moved forward. The sloshing sound was louder and more obvious.
"Please give it back."
She seemed to hear a voice of a young boil, but there's no one.
She walked and walked until the water is around her neck, she could go on, but had to turn back.
"Please give me back my-"
Suddenly, she was pushed down the water. She was too weak to escape the hold.
"Give me back my heart."
A pair of blank eyes were staring at her, asking for the heart back.
"Let's end this topic, it's our first time to meet. Better say something happy. How about I tell you stories about our uchitels? I am sure you will like that." He giggled. She was curious about the past of her uchitels, the stories from the boil were funny, she was happy to know more about them. She treated them like fathers. So she couldn't understand why he would leave for quite a long time without saying. Time passed by. "I have to go now, it's happy to talk to you." He said, standing up from the ground, "B-But you didn't promise to come back yet!" She insisted. He gave only a bitter smile before disappearing -

The sharp pains tortured her, she wanted them to stop. Then, she remembered, when she closed her hands, that she got the scissors. Without alternatives, she wielded it against them and a shriek was heard.
She coughed, opened her eyes just to see the scissors was impaled into them.
"I am sorry....." She had no choices, she needed to bring the heart back.
The lights brought her to the exit.
What were the extracts she just "saw"?
Would it possible to be part of her memory?
She really wanted to know.

She wasn't the Goddess of her realm, she was glowing in a brilliant red. It was too sharp that she felt a bit uncomfortable. The soft blue was better. " Eat or be eaten?" She repeated after the goddess, puzzling if there was cannibal. The goddess didn't answer but handed her a blade. Then, she was sent off, for a trial. Feeling cold, she shivered and found herself in a room, a bright white room. Hating the blinding white and the nuisance from the lights, she moved out. The door wasn't closed when she checked, so where's the slam shut sound coming from? She continued to walk forward, seeing the exit at another end. Thud. Looking back, she found nothing. Thud. She turned back again, just to meet with a pair of hollow eyes, they were carrying a pair of rusted scissors, it was shining lethally. Run! She got a feeling and she did it until she reached a door. It was locked, with a password she needed to guess correctly. Time was limited.

She found a paper, it looked like some sort of equation, she was clueless of what it was.

She was too afraid of the creeper figure that she fell over the ground. She pushed against the locked door, she was too desperate to leave. " You are just a replacement."

It was getting closer and there was no other exit for her to escape. Quick! Open! She looked around while vision began to blur - She was in a dream, with him again. "Hey our uchitel's birthday is coming, let's plan how to celebrate?" She shook her head, she got no idea how to surprise him. "You know how to make a cake? Yes? No? You can make one, I am sure he will be very happy" He suggested, leaning on the ground. "B-but he is a great cook already...." She said with a worried tone. There was a pat on her shoulder. "Easy! It wasn't the taste that matters, but the heart within it. Do you know how to bake anyway? No?" She shook her head again. "Fine, I still have time, let's have a lesson." He winked -
" Y❂u ∀re notℋing. ∃ven yo∩r na♏e is no⊥ yours. H€h∍!" The figure teased, with a wry smile and laughter.

She tried to solve the equation on the paper, but she failed. They were closer, the footsteps keep reminding her - She had no time.

There is a loud snip and then a second. You feel the sharp pain only once before that disappears too. The figure walks away, one hand holding your Heart, still beating, the other hand holding a pair of rusted scissors. It was too late.
When she turned back for a last time, a face looked into her eyes. She couldn't move or even blink. She was paralyzed by the terror they brought. One blackened claw grabbed onto her head to freeze her movement.
Thump Thump.
The sound of her core. Her heart.
The word didn't comfort her any, she wanted to run away.
SNIP.
She felt her body was being torn apart with an acute pain.
She stood, but hollow, out of color. Through the indefinite vision, she could see them walking away, holding a pulsing object that glowing a soft blue.
She reached out as if in slow motion.
My heart. Please....don't take it away -
