Roll to See if I'm Getting Drunk! - Life's been gaming since he was 10. And unlike most gamers he didn't start off with D&D. No, his very first game was a particularly weird Werewolf: The Apocalypse campaign. He played a were-lizard. He remembers it was fun. From there, he branched out into Shadowrun, Call of Cthulhu and Warhammer. But it wasn't until he was 15 that he stumbled into the blissful brainchild of Gary Gygax, Dungeons and Dragons. Each of his characters is a carefully planned out seed that grows over the course of each campaign and culminates in a beautiful child by the time the game ends. Sometimes he'll play other games, but it always ends up feeling as if he's cheating on his lover and he'll run right back to D&D, hugging his sourcebook tight and promising never to stray so far again.
And They Lived Happily Ever After - Books are Life's greatest treasure and each worn, dog-earred paperback he owns is a dear, dear friend. Life will spend HOURS reading, getting blissfully lost in each world and the lives of its inhabitants. Had a bad day? Life's cure is a fluffy blanket, a mug of hot potato soup and a copy of Dune. Feeling bored? Curl up in the window and get lost in Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief. In Life's world, every book is a friend. Except for Twilight. His literary soul snarls and shrivels a little every time he sees the cover to that housewife spankfest at the local book store.
Riddle Me This - Riddles, crosswords puzzles, word games, logic puzzles, these serve to sharpen Life's mind and he prides himself on how quickly he can usually finish one. He knows he's intelligent. His games and puzzles help to prove this to anyone who might doubt his mental might.
My, Robot - Life adores robots. Star Wars and its droids was fun and drool-worthy. Transformers was a nearly orgasmic experience. And Gobots.. well.... they're still sort of robots. Just sucky ones. Regardless, Life loves robots and will avidly devour whatever news he can dig up in the field of robotics. He's also taken to keeping a little box of spare parts and electrodes under his bed. If it's not a game night and he's not in the mood for puzzles or books, he's at work building a little robot out of spare parts.

Explain It to the Newbie! - Got questions? Concerns? Just don't get what the book, GM or Prof was trying to explain? Well, have no fear! Life can take rules, formulas, theorums and translate them to simple, plain English. Need someone to explain turns or class merits to the new gal in the game? Drag Life over and have him sit down with her. Not only will he explain things in such a way that a halfwit would grasp, he will go the extra mile and guide her through the process to ensure that she can apply what she's learned. And he will not lose his temper once should extra explanations be needed. He will just go at the problem from a different angle, remaining sweetly patient until an understanding is reached. Let's face it, Life is one of life's natural Teachers.
Knowing is Half the Battle! - Learning has always come easily to Life. He rarely requires more than one explanation or demonstration to get something set in his brain. Granted, he's not the best at every possible subject, and he knows it. However, this doesn't stop him from giving his best and gleaning as much information as possible from the lesson. He's been on the Honor Roll every year since 5th grade and he's in the top 10% of his class. However, Calculus still makes him want to cry sometimes. If you want to see where he really excels, sit in on his English and History classes sometime, particularly the History classes that deal with ancient battles or civilizations. And if you want to know where he devotes the majority of his intellect to, sit in on a gaming session. Life soaks up information and is not at all adverse to spouting it back out when there's a need.
Yo Man, I Got This One - When Life knows the answer or feels that he's on familiar ground, he can be aggressively self-assured. He knows he's right, by Cthulhu! and no one is going to argue him down. He doesn't rely on the opinions of outsiders or even his friends to validate himself. He's willing to stand on his own and take the accolades or falls as they come.
Flaws:
I Can't Leave! I Have Game Tonight! - To put it kindly, Life is a shut in. He has shunned our warm and kindly mother star. He refuses to leave his room for anything less than an emergency. Or to go gaming at a friend's. Okay, he goes to classes too. But that's it! If he doesn't have to leave home, he won't. This has left him with... well... a somewhat skewed social life. He's not necessarily agoraphobic, he just prefers to not leave the comforts of home. After all, he has the internet for his clothing needs and a tidy little trust fund from his parents keeps him from having to brave the real world for a part-time job. Outside of the classroom or his small group of friends, Life has no idea how to act or behave or even FUNCTION out in the real world. His life is his books, his puzzles and robots and his D&D sessions. He's spent so much time in the realm of the fantastical and the intellectual, that people out in the real world confound the hell out of him. Among his friends, he can be open, smiling, charming. However, put him out amongst John Q. Public and he freezes like a deer in headlights.
Life will sweat, shiver and damn near hyperventilate if forced to deal with people he doesn't know. Only the familiarity of school and the grocery store keep him from bolting when confronted by someone. If forced into an unfamiliar place with total strangers, Life is scoping out the nearest exits and plotting ways to get to them with minimal contact with other people. He tends to expect people to be on the same mental and emotional wavelength he's riding. And when they aren't, when he's confronted with those who are stupid or petty or overly emotional or willfully ignorant, he bolts. And if for some reason he cannot escape, he resorts to sarcasm or jokes that no one outside of a basement geek mentality would get. Anything that will get those awful people to leave him alone and let him go.
It's All Bluster, Baby - This is Life. This is Life's brain when he doesn't know the answer. Please be prepared for blustery fits and squalls of uncertainty. If you thought Life was bad when he knows the answer, wait until he doesn't. Then, you too may witness the mother of all temporizing snits, tear bright eyes and frantic smiles as he tries so desperately to force the topic of conversation back to something he knows.
My Rose-Tinted Goggles Have a +5 Against Reality - Tying into his I Can't Leave flaw, Life's disconnectedness from the majority of people, his inability to truly function in the real world has led him to build up some rather elaborate inner fantasies for himself. More and more he will find himself thinking in terms of What would 'insert character name here' do? rather than What will I do?. He tends to lump the people he doesn't know into D&D categories of Lawful, Neutral, Chaotic, with no room for grays or qualifiers. He truly and with all his heart believes that the outside world follows the same basic codes of honor and behavior that he finds in his games. And when it's driven home to him that they don't, he falls apart, scrambling to repair his rose tints and set his world back in order.

Fashion:Is it comfy? Yes? Then that is what Life wears outside of his school uniform. Things like fashion don't matter to Life. He just wants to be able to move and be comfortable.

Effect - By thrusting his key into the air (think of it as aiming the key for a keyhole only he can see) and twisting it, Alexandria can distract his opponent with an outpouring of knowledge and trivia. Think of it as a mix of the Micro Machines spokesman combined with those Bing! commercials. At this stage, he can only use knowledge that he, personally, knows and the effects last 15-30 seconds and produce a mild disorientation and/or headache in one person only.

---- Spell - Let Loose the Chains of Knowledge
Effect - This is an upgrade of the above spell. By thrusting his keystaff into the ground and turning, Alexandria is able to overwhelm his target(s) with a sheer outpouring of knowledge. And this time, he has access to knowledge outside of himself. Think of the scene from the last Indiana Jones movie where the alien fries Cate Blanchett's brain with nothing but knowledge. Yeah, it's like that. The knowledge comes at a speed that makes it nigh impossible to absorb. Up to 3 people can be affected. The effects can last up to 1 full minute and can include severe disorientation and/or the worst migraines ever. Effects depend on the target and their ability to handle that much information slamming into them.
