While Tayyib's family was staying in Vers to assist with ceremonial dances, Niadra's troupe arrived in Yware for a series of performances. It wasn't every day that Tayyib got the chance to be an audience member instead of a performer watching from the wings. Small wonder, then, that once his own responsibilities were fulfilled, he chose to skip across to Yware on the troupe's first night in town. Got to support their old collaborators! And besides, he was curious to see what new moves they had come up with.
To even Tayyib's knowledgeable eye, the show was spectacular, a truly exhilarating experience. Once the show ended, Tayyib slipped backstage, hoping to find Niadra. It had been too long since he last saw the other dancer. It would be good to see how she was doing. Plus, he wanted someone with the right expertise to discuss the marvels he had seen onstage today, and who better to ask than a dancer who had taken part?
Along the way, however, he spotted a new stagehand struggling under a pile of props and costumes. Of course he went up to offer a hand. If helping with one task led to another, and then another, well, he comforted himself with the thought that he was bound to run into Niadra eventually.

She was pleased with the show, and as always more then pleased to Nyiim at the front of her show. However she saw someone else that she hadn't seen in a very long time. As she wandered around backstage she soon saw Tayyib helping out one of the new guys. He was no nice, seems like things never changed.
"Come on, stop making him work, he isn't part of the team today! Let him enjoy it all and not have to work." she grabbed Tayyib's hand and lead him away from the stagehand, giving the new boy a hard look. He should have known better then to make someone else do his work. Tayyib was one of the ones that were nice enough to help out too.
"Come my friend, it's been too long! How have you been?!" she asked excitedly as she threw her arms around him for a hug. She normally went and found Nyiim after her shows, but she knew he wouldn't mind her taking longer then normal just this once.

As Tayyib came back to haul away some more props, Niadra showed up. She won a grin. "Niadra! So good to see you. It's no trouble, really." And he might have asked her to hold on a minute (or more) for him to finish helping out. Good thing the dancer intervened and led him away.
As he and Niadra left the new stagehand to his now solitary work, one of his mother's earlier reprimands came to mind. He had to give others a chance to learn their trade without just stepping in. "Sorry, I shouldn't have meddled," he added ruefully, just loud enough for the girl to hear.
Brightening up again, Tayyib returned the hug. "Things are great! We're booked for a few sessions in Vers. And I have some new moves to show you, but I figure you could use a break from dance. How about you and the rest of the troupe?" He peered around her expectantly but, judging from his expression, doesn't find what he's looking for. What -- rather, who -- that is became a lot clearer as he added, "And Nyiim? He's still in Yware, right?"

Niadra shook her head. "It is no fault of yours sweet Tayyib. And don't worry about it, thanks to your help things might not take as long." she said with a smile. The new guy was just joining them and she would have also helped out if he father wasn't trying to get him to start doing things himself.
"Oh that is great, maybe I will be able to make it to one! I'd love to see everyone." she was sure that they could make time to stop by Vers when Tayyib's family was preforming. "And yes, maybe later you can show me. I would love to learn from you. And the troupe is doing well, we are going to the shifters after we leave he. I'm very excited.". When Tayyib peered around she realized that she was being too obvious, and when he asked for Nyiim that confirmed it. Laughing Lasarra nodded. "Yes, he is still here in Yware. He was in the crowd." she said nodding.
