She walked into the shrine and saw the goddess. Leeshah was going to get something? A gift? Oh it was a bag ... and it was empty. She understood she had to do to get something for the goddess now. To make things right. She took the pair of scissors and left. She stepped inside the box. She looked back one more time and saw the goddess smiling.
~~
Inside she saw three doors. She stared at the bag she got and the key attached to it. It was obvious she had to enter one of the three doors ... but which one? She walked over to the last door the third one but slowly walked back again. No she wasn't surely not entering that one! That door didn't feel right at all! She looked at the first door which seemed okay. A little bit too okay and it made her feel she had to ignore it. It felt like a trick or a trap.
"I know which one I'll take." She wispered to herself. "I'll take door two!". She used the key to open the door and it opened with a firm "click". She peeked inside and when she had the idea it was okay, (she really hoped so) she stepped inside quickly with big steps.

Hearing the name she didn't recognize over and over again was a bit scary bit since it ended quickly she started walking again. She looked back at the door which was firmly closed now but decided to ignore it for now and continue walking even if she didn't see much at all.
She was suprised when she hit the crate but still tried to feel what was inside. She was happy that ones she found the heart and got it out it stopped pulsing. It would be crazy if she had to take it with her still pulsing. And thank goodness it was just covered by fabric! But what was with the name she heard? Carolina!
She still had the heart in her hands and suddenly she saw memories from when she was small. She saw a little girl on a bed and an older one standing in front of it. She somehow knew the little one on the bed was Leeshah herself! "Hi, I'm finally visiting you!" she heard the older girl say. "Mom and dad told me about you but now I'm finally here." It seemed like she wanted to meet her for some time and now she finally did. This was a memory of how she met her favorite niece Carolina for the first time when Leeshah was still little.
The memory had ended now. Still a bit confused she put the heart in her bag and started to walk again.

Leeshah tried to struggle herself free when the person tried to drown her. She nearly panics but remembers she had to bring the heart back to the goddess. That's all she needed to do. Bringing back the heart. She couldn't give it back! "I am NOT going to give it back! I CAN'T!" She shouted at the other.
It was Carolina... She suddenly realized this. She remembered all the good times they had together. Her niece came to their house often after they first met. Leeshah never had much friends but Carolina always told her that they were friends. She tried to be two friends in one. And now Leeshah had her heart. After all the girl did for her in the past... But no, no giving back the goddess needed it.
She was really sorry for her old "friend" but she had to leave with the heart. She needed to find the door back again. She had to leave Carolina behind but the girl didn't let go. She saw them baking something now. Memories of things they happily did together kept coming. She had to snap out of all of these memories!

Leeshah finally snapped out of the memories and used the only weapon she had to get free. The pair off scissors. She stabbed the other with the scissors and saw her disappear. The shriek startled her but it was over now.
"Thank goodness it over." She said when the water was gone too. This was the scariest thing the had to do this far but she still didn't know much about herself at all. Still this didn't feel right. Leaving Carolina behind like this. It just wasn't good.
She stared at the heart again but decided to put it back into the bag. All she needed to do now was finding the door and bringing back the heart. She started to look for the door in the still dark room ignoring the figure still staring at her. Maybe she'll come back for them one day. "Oh, it's the door. Good!" She stepped outside again to go to the goddess.

[Task 2] The Chase
She woke up in this way to bright room unsure how she got here and she didn't fel asleep, right? The door seemed to be open and it's the only way to go right now. There was nothing here so she wanted to leave as quickly as possible. The room was way to bright and didn't make her feel save.
After passing the door she was sure she heard something. She heard a "thud" but when she turned around she didn't see anything and the door was still open. "This is odd" she wispered to herself before she continued walking again. She heard another "thud" and turned aroud to see someone something scary creeping closer with a pair of rusted scissors.
At first she is to scared to move but then she decided to run. So she started running as fast as she possible could. There is no way that thing is getting her.
She was sure see saw an exit there so she only needed to get there.

[The Escape]
Leeshah runned to the door only to find it locked. "Oh no! It's locked!" She is even more shocked when she sees it requires a passcode to open. She starts to panic because there is no way out and that shadow thing with the scissors is getting closer. Suddenly memories of her and her niece start again. She can see them cutting pieces of paper in funny animal shapes for a party. The scissors they use looked alot like the scissors the shadow has but not that rusted. The scissors were a different color too.
The shadow started to say strange words to her now. "I d-don't know what you mean! Please stay away!" She screamed scared at the shadow. She somehow needed to get the combination of the door. "I'll look around if I can find something" She said to herself. She didn't have much hope.

Maybe the door just opens if I pushed it? She didn't think it would work but she just tried anyway. She pushed and pushed but nothing happened. "Oh no, looks like I really need that passcode!" Leeshah also heard the shadow still taunting her. She heard him say "You're really bad at sports. You lost all the important matches!" She had no clue at all what he ment "sports?" but maybe he was just trying to get her from getting the passcode.

She started to see memories of her niece and herself again. "Hey are you going to visit us tomorrow" She heard Carolina say. She felt really happy she asked that of her but she had to say no. "No, I'll have to stay home tomorrow but I'll visit next week!" Since Leeshah hardly left home this made both girls very happy.
She then heard the shadow say words to her again and she realized she was still locked inside to room and the other was getting closer and closer. "Noooo! Stay away! Please!"

"You know why you're not running? Because you alway lose racing!" They shadow started taunting her again. Getting closer still. Again Leeshah had no idea what the shadow ment. "Racing?" The shadow was coming way too close and she still had no clue how to even start trying to get the passcode. This can't end like this! "Stay away! Stay awaaayy!"

There is a piece of paper! Leeshah quickly picked it up to read it. She really hoped it was the passcode but then she saw A C E G. What did it mean? It surely wasn't the passcode she needed. This is horrible! This piece of paper seemed her last hope and it wasn't the passcode. Was the shadow getting closer again. This was NOT good.

More and more memories of her and Carolina kept coming. Now one of her and Carolina running together. "You can't catch me!" She heard her niece saying. And it was true she couldn't because she didn't seem to be very fast at all.
Oh no! The shadow again and this time he was way too close. Was this really it?

She rushed back to the door and just tried to slam it open. The shadow was getting to close and she needed to leave the place now! "GO OPEN! You stupid door!" She screamed at the door while she could feel the shadow being really close now. There was nowhere to run and she was trapped. She still didn't have the passcode and she sure wasn't going to get it anytime soon. "GO AWAY!" she screamed at the shadow while still slamming the door. It didn't work. It really didn't work.

Leeshah saw something and picked it up only to see it was the same piece of paper she saw before. It still didn't make any sense at all. She then heard something. Something really close... She turned around only to be face to face with the shadow that kept following her. He had her now. "Noooooooooooo!" she screamed in fear.[Distance: 0/40 feet][GAME OVER]

"Wh- What is going on?" Leeshah wasn't able to move and just stared at the shadow holding her head.
"Noooo! Leave me alone!" She just thought this as she was somehow unable to really scream. She started to see it was Carolina as a shadow who was holding her. How was this possible? She still saw her as a good friend.
What's that sound? That thudding sound that just goes on? She suddenly realized it was her heart. Her own heart. She was going to take it? "NOOO!"
The shadowy girl then spoke. "Don't worry, It only hurts once." She then heard a loud snip and felt alot of pain. Then a second snip and the pain was gone again. "Give that back!" She cried to the shadowy Carolina now leaving with her heart. It was still beating but Leeshah didn't hear it anymore because everything turned black.
Why?
