The Otogakure Hakbutsukan was one of the largest complexes left over from the original Hidden Sound Village. On the left half is the Museum of Shinobi History, where countless artifacts and factoids of famous shinobi has been gathered and put on display for those of all lands to learn from. Upon the ceiling is a giant mural of the boy who saved the world a century before, and along the edges were all those who he held dear to him.

On the right side of the building is an art gallery, where all manners of artwork are displayed for one to buy or admire, be it sculputre, painting, puppets, or otherwise. It's construction was dedicated to a Leaf ninja who was famous for his unique jutsu style, where his art was his strength.
