Thean walked alone in the ruins. She felt it start to get colder as she walked and she shivered. She turned down another street to try and get away from the chill, only to come face to face with a giant monster. This one was shaped like a... cat?! She pulled out her trusty gun and started to fire.

It was something new at least. He had to give it that. Sadly, it still didn't impress Lanaom. At least he had a partner in killing. Why did he keep running into her? "Hello... hello... he- Oh just go away." He was more or less mocking the small thing that was trying to be cute. Until it came close enough to him to earn a kick to the head as it smacked him once.

A voice....that seemed to be repeating the same, one word over and over again. However, Acerola was sure it wasn't going to be a nice meeting. Thean saw the familiar figure of Lanaom once again... Was he following her or something? Oh well she could use his help.
Thean spotted another figure one she did not know. Hm....
She fired again but completely missed because the monster jerked to the side.

Ok, so there was another person too... who was literally tearing through the monster. Well ok then. Go bother the- WHY WAS IT COMING TO HIM. "No. Go away. Just die or something."

Ajexil wasn't much for socializing but since fighting her first battle had gotten a taste for blood.... even if there wasn't any blood involved. She glanced at the other three figures around her, disputed whether to help, and then weilded her weapon with a shark toothed grin. The red-hearted figure seemed to relish in the damage she caused. By the time Acerola noticed that there were other around her, it was already quite late, as the boss seemed to be on its deathbed. Well, there was no harm in continuing to attack it (except to the monster of course), which is what she did. More and more people kept appearing to help fight. This was interesting. Well the more the merrier. The sooner the thing died the sooner her need to find out who these people were would be appeased.
They were literally peppering the monster with holes. Acerola considered saying something to the other people who helped attack the boss, but she chose not to. After all, what was there to say? The monster's dead, and that's that. She saw something glowy and walked over to pick it up.

..the cat was dead. The cat literally got beaten around like a beach ball and died.

Thean looked down, expecting more baubles that the monster seemed to drop. Hrmm.. this one was new. It kind of looked like the little lights she had offered her goddess before. She picked it up and tucked it away for further inspection. She turned to her comrades and addressed each of them. " Thanks for the help. I'm Thean, though some" she looked at Lanaom " already know me." x1

The small figure with the red heart picked up something blue and shiny from the ground. Ah.. yes.. the reward. She looked down again and saw a yellow drop. She bent and picked it up. She also stowed this away for further inspection. She was amassing quite the collection as she encountered new things. x1
