And after wandering away from the kitty's remains she found herself in front of a new thing. It was pretty sad too... but it was still trying to hurt her sooo... best to kill it.
...or put it's out of it's misery. Either or.

And a bit more stabbing at the small thing as it flailed in her general direction.
"You really are a mercy kill..." This thing could barely move, it was just so... cute in it's failed attempts.

She should probably stop feeling bad for the thing. Honestly, if she felt too bad for it she'd end up not even trying. That time she'd only knocked it back a little with her sword.

Ok, really! TIME TO KILL! "Sorry, you really can rest soon." At which point she stabbed right through the thing, which made it spazz out painfully against her legs as it tried to get free.

Another quick kick away from her and she drew her sword across it once more before it let out a few electronic noises not unlike a squeal before growing still.
The thing was no more. "It's ok. You're in a better please." A solemn nod and she dusted herself off a bit. A few cuts, but mostly ok.
