Steps to completing a Profile
Once you have been accepted into the Guild you will need to complete a profile for your character in order to officially be enrolled in Hogwarts.
After you have completed your profile by creating a new post in the Profiles subforum the title being your "character's name (Needs Reviewing)". DO NOT change the title of your Profile again, unless a Guild Captain has asked you to make changes in which case you may add "Edited" or "Made Changes" to the profile title. If you change the title for any other reason you will get a warning if it happens again you will be put on a watch list, if it happens a third time you could be removed from the Guild.
If you are a Professor make your profiles a Sticky and title it "Professor ( your characters name, without parenthesis)", if you are a Magical creature, shop owner, or something of the like add "(What your are+ character's name)" to your Profile title and also make your profile a sticky. (If you would like to own a Shop go to the Daigon Alley subforum and click on the "Everything you need to know about opening a shop" post)
If your Profile needs some changes a Guild Captain will add "Needs Editing" or "Needs Revising" to your Profile title, so please be vigilant and check on your profile when you are joining. They will also specify what you need to fix in the profile by stating it at the top of the profile.
If there are pieces of the profile that do not pertain to your character please remove them, but do not remove anything else.
Once a Guild Captain has added "Needs Sorting" or something similar to you profile title continue on to the Sorting Hat which will be on the first forum page where you will than be given instructions on how to get sorted into a House. After you have received your house place it in your profile.
After you have been assigned your house you will need to add your List of Lessons, which can be found under the Classes subforum and click on the "Classes by Year/ List of Lessons" post. (For information on classes you must go the the Classes subforum and click on the "Everything you need to know about classes" post)
When you have added your List of Lessons change the title of your profile to say "character's Name (Added Lessons)" and wait for a Guild Captain to change your profile title to (Approved)
Once you see (Approved) in the title of your profile you can do a victory dance because you re now ready to post!
