Hello, dearies! It's just another topic for funzies as we await our beautifully rebooted guild. This one is about the Batman/Superman movie set for 2015.
What are your thoughts on seeing the duo on the big screen? Wish list for villains in the flick? Perhaps you've got your own say on the plot? Do you think Henry Cavill was a good Superman? Ooo: Who do you think should play the next Batman?
Well, those are just a few relevant points I can think of concerning the topic, but I'm sure there are many more people can address. With that, let's get the chatter going!

I gotta say, in some ways I'm hoping for Bale to come back as Batman. Though I hated the voice, he set the bar pretty high even with all the hate. His Batman had it's flaws but there were plenty of others that had just as many if not more.

Halys Circus Bale was the best Batman actor in my opinion. Why so much hate for him, he didn't right the scripts. >.< I know right!? To me it just feels out of place. With the DK trilogy ending recently and all and Man of Steel rising up..yeah it just feels weird.[/b ]

George Clooney was the worst... Hand's down. I only hope they get an actual decent actor for Bruce in that upcoming Superman/Batman movie...

Bale was the most Batman-esque in my opinion, but I actually liked Nolanverse... It was like Batman if Batman were "real". If he magically came back for the team up, I'd be completely ok with it.
I still enjoy the other movies... Though I may watch them more for the villains than the Batman at the time (Nicholson, DeVito, Pfeiffer, Jones: they were perfect casting. Carey was great too, but that green spandex makes the movie so awkward to watch xD). Clooney was definitely the worst Batman in my opinion. Pretty sure he just played himself pretending to be Batman.
If I had to drop a name right now, it'd probably be Jensen Ackles for Batman. Don't judge me lol. I just feel like he could pull it off.
I swear to gosh though: If Lex isn't in the movie (with his mecha suit), I'm going to have a cow. >:[

I felt that Jack Nicholson did a great Joker... Devito looked like the part, they just had him totally be 'not-Penguin' if that makes any sense. I didn't mind Nolanverse Batman... It was just a kick in the stomach at the end of Dark Knight Rises when... "Robin" there wasn't d**k Grayson... Not to mention Bane wasn't the awesome South American Mercenary he was supposed to be... But aside from that, Nolan did a great job with Scarecrow, Joker, Ra's(despite not getting his name right), and Zsasz... I felt Jim Carey played a great Riddler... The Freezenator was overdone... Two-face actually was decent with Tommy Lee Jones playing him but the Nolan-verse was definitely superior. Umm... Who else... Anne Hathaway definitely played an excellent Catwoman in my opinion... Pfeffer confused me... lol Chris O' Donnel should never play d**k Grayson ever again... And Babs should never be blond... I think sums up my rant. lol

I feel like George Clooney had that Bruce Wayne look just not the Batman, wasn't his the one with the pointy nipples? The Batman costume from Batman and Robin just sucked in general... Just ugh... But yeah, it was due to the person in charge of the costumes though, who apparently was gay. Both Clooney and O'Donnel found it odd their costumes had nipples and codpieces...

I have heard word of Josh Brolin being considered to play our caped crusader. Not sure if we all remember the Jonah Hex fiasco but... I suppose we'll see. I am wondering if he is just a bit too old to counter Henry Cavill.

Affleck has gotten a lot better at acting since Daredevil (which was bad in most part to the script), but I just dunno. He seriously wasn't anywhere on my list as a "Possible Batman" lol. I mean, I see him pulling off "Bruce Wayne: billionaire playboy" alright, but I don't know that he's got what it takes to make Batman a bad a**. If you don't have a bad a** feel, you're kinda just a guy in a costume...
