One house rule here, a 48 hour time limit rule will apply to this game once the adventure get to a certain point. I will let you know when this time limit is in effect. In combat if you don't make the time limit you be delayed and will drop in the turn order. If you are at the bottom of the turn order if you don't take your turn, you will lose your turn.

The town of Yonston is a small and relatively quiet town. Very upbeat for the most part. Minus the fact that there is a wizard who lives right outside of town that tends to made some loud noises at random times. They say he's a bit on the crazy side, then again what wizard isn't a little out there?
Noteworthy places in town include a shop for supplies, a small armory & weapons shop, a church, and an inn. There is also a notice board for tasks that require some help from adventurers.
Right now the four of you are traveling on your own in search of some sort of an adventure. Right now the time is about noon. Anyone who wishes can enter town now, otherwise please tell me what time you wish enter town.

At around noon two adventures enter town. Both people are getting weird looks from the towns people, probably because they are a Longtooth Shifter and a Gnome. These creatures are not something that the townsfolk see often, if at all. This is a mostly Human village after all.
Alston and Thorn are now free to explore the town. There is a weapons shop, a magic & potions shop, the tavern & inn, the town announcements, a general store and a few other places you might be able to find if you look hard enough. So where would the two of you like to go?

At the magic and potions shop, Alston finds an elf wizard working on something in a pot. When the door open, the elf looks around before looking down.
"A gnome?" He asks, "What a gnome doing so far from the forest? Well I don't have trickery magic for you if that's what you want! Go on shoo!" He tries to shoo away the gnome before going back to his pot.
(Welcome to what will kinda happen to gnome characters, sorry Rhys. You can still talk to him and you might get something out of him or he might be a little nicer.)

The shifter makes his way to the tavern. It's not that busy as it is noon time, but everyone in the tavern looks and stares at the shifter. A few people then start whispering. The bar tender however doesn't seem to concerned with the shifter. He is a big guy, even for human standards, but looks to be past his prime. He does motion for Thorn to get closer to him so he could speak to him.

Aw... Poor Gnomes~
Well, alrighty I might as well try talking to the Elf wizard man.
Right as Alston was being shooed away from the Elf wizard, he just about to step outside the magic shop. But then he thought for a moment, and that maybe he could actually try talking to him as nicely that he could. He approached a few small steps closer to the man very carefully.
"Pardon me sir." The gnome said in a gentle voice."I didn't mean to startle you because of my appearance, but I was hoping to see what you had here in this shop of yours?"

The wizard turns his head again to see the gnome still there.
"You speak very politely," he said, "It's very unlike a gnome to do that. Scared me a little actually." He pauses for a moment to think. "You can look around, but don't touch anything! Some of these potions are very expensive to make!" Your passive insight of 15 can tell you that it's very likely that he's telling the truth, but if you want to make sure you can make an arcana check.
(This is where the dice roll topic comes into play. All checks and attack rolls use 20 sided dice, which I will be referring to as d20s. Once you have the roll you add the bonus to the roll, which is on the character sheet. You'll post your results here)

Noticing that everyone started staring at him the moment he walked in Thorn smiled, "What're you lot lookin' at?"
Then he made his way over to the beckoning bartender.
Thorn sits on one of the stools at the bar, "Afternoon mate. You want somethin' from me?"

"Don't mind the stares," The bartender said, "Most of them don't leave the village, so they don't see a creature like you. Most of them see what just comes here. Not me though, I've traveled the world and seen quite a few things, but I've grown old. I can give you some advice if you want some. Anyway, what can I get you?"
