So, I'm wondering; is it possible at the Landsmeet to have Logain join the Grey Wardens, make Alistar king, and to maintain a relationship between Alistar and a female Nobel Grey Warden?
No it is not possible to make Loghain and Grey Warden and Alistair king.
If you decide to let Loghain join the Wardens Alistair will always leave the party.
If you kill Loghain obviously by your choice Alistair will become King.
There is no getting around it they only wanted us to have a set number of companions with the option of trading one companion for another.
As for relationship just put Alistair on the throne and toss Anora in a tower. You or Alistair can kill Logahain
