A neon red sign flickers and buzzes within the Ruins. At some point there was more, but what remains reads clearly enough: Rico's Pizza. The place is in surprisingly good condition, considering the upper stories have long since turned into a crumbling memory of what a building could be. The interior is in shades of grey, right down to the checkerboard tiles of the floor and dusty booths. Except in the far corner, right next to the window, there gleams a bright, new, and jarringly red booth.
The counter is lined with padded stools, empty dishes, and faded menus in a language you can't quite read, though the longer you look, the more it feels like you should be able to. At the end, sits an old fashioned cash register, oddly free of dust. Pictures and memorabilia decorated the walls once, but all that remains are the lighter patches of grey that indicate where they used to be.
Soft, tinny music fills the place, interspersed sometimes by quiet bursts of static, sometimes by the resonating tones of the Goddesses. The lights of thejukebox have dimmed quite a bit, but the music itself persists.

Zihyu found herself here after making her offerings to the shrine. The other place was filled with business and chaos of others trying to get the task completed but it seemed quiet in this place despite the buzzing and the flickering here and there.
She was observing the place like she was observing relics of a bygone era and they all fascinated her and most of all she was intrigued by the jukebox. Quietly she wandered to the jukebox and began fiddling with the buttons, hitting various selections based on curiosity alone.
The questions in her head tried to get her to stop with questions about the jukebox but she just ... Kept experimenting unable to stop.

Vaneda wasn't sure how she ended up in the room. Beyond that she had been drifting away from the others in the ruins and had been curious about the door with the only thing that glowed brightly.
She entered slowly, looking around curiously as she noticed another girl. She studied her then said a soft. "Hello Pretty." Before moving to to explore other things. The girl seemed to messing with a machine...and it had a soft sound emitting. Then it changed.
She would've been drawn to it if it wasn't for the other machine.
On the counter, a register stood.
Vaneda touched one of the keys...and then touched more of them. What did it do?

The register pops open, revealing a drawer that's empty save for a cup full of quarters. There's quite a few of the coins,each bearing one of the Goddesses' profile on one side, an image of the temple on the other.

Suddenly the drawer opened of the register after she played musical key punching, showing something inside. She relaxed as it wasn't dangerous and recognized the objects inside it as coins.
Picking one up, she ran her hand over the engraved form of her goddess and the other two.
"Oh can I keep these?" She wondered as she studied them longer. As if they'd answer her. "Such pretty coins...." She liked pretty things didn't she? Pocketing a couple, she wisped away from the register to the booth. It was so new and shiny to the other stuff. Sitting down at the booth, she set a couple of the coins she had taken out.
"This feels....familiar."

With everything looking so bleak and gloomy, Staar wasn't sure what she should do next. She didn't like all these large, towering buildings, and each of them, though while slightly interesting, made no sense to her what so ever.
As she walked the streets, she saw a set of ruins with a bright blinking sign. The words read Rico's pizza.
She couldn't remember the last time she had eaten anything, and so quickly went into the shambled remains of the place. Though there was no pizza, there were a few interesting things about.
It was odd. Now that she was inside a area, she found herself immensely curious about all the items scattered about.

After visiting the shrine, Yiro meandered through the large, desolate city, unable to keep her eyes on one thing for too long. It should've been intimidating, but it wasn't. The city seemed... Nostalgic, for some reason. Like no matter what alley she went down, there was nothing she could experience that might overwhelm her.
But something finally stuck, and drew her in like a moth to a flame. That blinking sign that read Rico's Pizza.
Pizza? Mm. Pizza. Yiro meandered over and peeked in through the window before finally entering. Music. She heard... Music!
It was such a pleasant noise, that the shadow meandered over. Instead of fiddling with the jukebox, Yiro took a seat next to it, resting her head on the hard plastic to further enjoy the beautiful feminine voice. It didn't matter that the song was sad. It was the best thing she had heard yet.

Staar had amused herself by looking at one of the menus, trying to see if she could read it.
It didn't make sense, no matter how many times she tried to read it. And the more she thought about it, she doubted there would be any food here to eat. But on that note...did she need to eat? Her body was all grey and semi-solid after all.
Placing the menu down, she walked over to the counter, pulling herself onto a stool and looking at the Cash register. Seeing that it was open, and the coins that were inside it, she took two of them. It wasn't as if the owner of this place was around, considering how broken down this place was.
It was then she saw another figure had entered, one as grey as she was. Although she was taller, it didn't matter. It just felt good to see someone around here. Quickly she hopped off the stool and over to the Jukebox, hoisting herself onto that set. The figure appeared very interested in the song that was playing.
"Hey, whats your name?" Staar asked. "Do you like this song?"

Startled, Yiro jumped at the sudden voice that appeared to be addressing her.
"W-what? Oh... I'm uh... Uhh..." How had she forgotten her own name?!The fact that this shadow addressed her made Yiro feel so apprehensive. Her chest felt tight. "I don't know! Why does it matter?" Oh. That sounded rude. She didn't want to be rude but... Maybe being rude would be a good thing? That would make them not want to be friends, wouldn't it?
"Maybe... I might like this..." She did. She loved music. At least she just realized that she loved it.

When the shadow seemed angry, Starr flinched back, nearly falling off her chair as she considered finding a nice place to hide herself. She had made her angry, and she really didn't want the first figure she had met to be mad at her.
"W-well...I just wanted to know what I should call you.." She said softly, eyes downcast. Maybe if she kept talking, the other would stop being mad. She didn't want to be by herself anymore...
Her next answer was slightly confusing, as if she didn't want to tell her the truth for some reason. What was there to hide in her saying she liked it? "It is a lovely song" Staar said instead, watching the jukebox as it went through some static. "Especially when the goddess comes on. She has a lovely voice...

It appeared as if she'd hurt the other shadow's feelings. Should she feel bad? Yiro wasn't sure. Was it okay to hurt others if it kept you from being hurt yourself? Could one consider it a lesser of two evils?
"... Yiro..." she finally mumbled, scooting farther into the corner the jukebox made. "T-that's my name." How small the other figure was compared to her. She hadn't noticed the size differences before that.
"Why are you talking to me?" It was a borderline genuine question, tainted with the sound of apprehension. She hadn't meant it to sound so hateful... She was just... So scared.
Her hands reached up to touch the skull pin on her chest, fondling it nervously. Save her Felix. Save her.

Starr looked up When Yiro introduced herself and smiled. The action felt weird. She hadn't smiled in a while. "Staar is my name" She replied back. It was the only thing she could remember about herself so far. Apart from what the fragments had told her.
"Why am I talking ot you?" She repeated the words, her smiling fading as she also recoiled into herself, pulling her knees onto the chair and resting her head on them. "Because there isn't anyone else to talk too...theres nothing here. No one I know, no one to tell me where I am and whats going on..." She sniffled. "I'm alone here, and I don't know why..." She looked at Yiro hopefully. "Do you know?"
Her eyes then dropped to the pin, drawn to the bright light that emanated from it. The shadow seemed to like the pin a lot, judging by how she played with it. "Where did you get that from?" She asked curiously

Staar was in the same boat as she was. All the unanswered questions, it probably ate away at this shadow too.
Yiro's head shot down, silently scolding herself for being such a jerk. "No, I don't..." Her voice became very quiet as she fiddled with her pin.
Until it came into question. "Oh! Um.. It just showed up." This time, Yiro opted for the truth. "I don't know why, though."
It was much easier to talk about the pin instead of herself, and for once, Yiro felt like adding information on. "... His name is Felix."
Yes, she had named her pin. What of it?
