If you wish to put your two sense in and tell us what you think should be done in this guild, then do so in this thread. Your opinion is valued here, and I hope to see some stuff from all of you that I can use to make this a better guild! If you have an idea for anything at all: a way to improve the battle system, a way to improve current story arcs, a way to improve anything at all I want to hear it! Thanks.

Alright. I've been looking over everything and I would like to start with that even though it is just starting out I enjoy it, and I am sure I will continue to enjoy it as I learn more about how everything works. So bear with me if I mess anything up in the future. :3
So the only thing I can think of right now, other than over all appeal and such, is organization. Specifically I am thinking about long term organization of profiles. I have a few ideas on such a thing. The first is that Since all the profiles are being posted by a Mod we need to add in an identifier of some sort for the Characters creator. To help people locate a specific character by Gaian username. Now the identifying part, if everyone agrees, might have taken care of itself or perhaps it was planned that way, but if the Creator posts their posting format in the thread of their character we can see whom posted there last.
Now onto the idea about organization. I was currently entertaining the idea of organizing them by Homebase. Which would be great for now. However in the long run the lists might run long. That is a problem for later and can be easily be readdressed. Perhaps adding their Ranking into the profile title or something of the sort. Again that issue is more down the line when the profiles extend far past what we will have now. I did see a list containing all the current Baiters, perhaps adding links to their profiles. That is if that hasn't already happened. O.o (My memory is slipping and it is late)

O.o (My memory is slipping and it is late) When it comes to the organization, if you go to the "Profiles" thread at the top of the actual list of profiles, it goes into an alphabetically organized list of the baiters, and each name is linked directly to their profiles. ^__^ However, it wouldn't be a bad idea, either way, to post the characters according to their home continents when we do get a large number of folks coming in. ^__^ Also, when it comes to adding some sort of identifier for the user who made / plays the character, do you think I should add that into the profile?

That is what I thought, and that is great, but eventually the list will just get bigger as time goes on. Not that it is a bad idea, mind you. I just tend to think about long term organization than short. It might help. I mean again if the User would post their posting format below the actual profile then their name would show up at the bottom, but for those that haven't yet it would help, because if you are like me and enjoying reading profiles you like to know whose character is whose. :3

I have a suggestion. Might be one of those easier said than done kind of things, but hey, it's worth a shot to bring it up.
So here's my suggestion: Equipment, Enhancement, or Mod shop.
Make up pieces of equipment, make up types of enhancements, or styles of mods for weapons and armor or something and put it in a shop. Perhaps style the shop towards the technological level of the area, or have certain areas better for other things. Like the most technological advanced be great for Bio/Synthetic enhancements, and the least great for weapons or weapon modifications.
Also, have these things have some form of benefit. For example, a suit of armor grant a small bonus to defense, or a weapon mod that adds some form of damage.
Also, also have these things cost lines. Equal to what one might think is fair for the benefit granted by the item, enhancement or mod.
And these things don't have to have stat bonuses. For example, a set of eyes or a pair of binoculars that allow a lower chance of running into Codes while traveling.
Could even bring in the rarity system. Common things have low bonuses, and cost a fair sum. Uncommon things could still show up in shops, but cost more but in exchange have better bonuses. And anything higher could be rewards for tougher missions, or be found upon defeating something ridiculous. Be it the equivalent of a dungeon worth of enemies, or some big bad boss guy.
Just a thought that's been rolling around the old noodle. Just like Kisame feels defense should be explored more, I feel versatility should be explored more, and nothing creates better versatility than equipment that allows higher levels of customization. ^-^
Feel free to completely disregard this, I just wanted to share the idea to see if it went anywhere. mrgreen

If you guys want to explore this as a real thing, I will make it so, if you feel like helping out with the planning of it, then I have no issue and you can PM me about it any time. I am all ears on what you guys think would help with customization. ;P

Dude...I used to moderate a roleplay site and I had to make several different shops and balance costs and items. If you guys make the items I am perfectly fine adding an associated Lines cost to the item based on the bonus it grants to the wielder.

I propose!
That when any single stat on a character or monster hits Zero, they pass out.
The could be revived at the end of the fight, given most ability descriptions state it's until the end of combat.
Reasoning:
Skill - Your ability to move or attack, it hit's zero, you loose the ability to move.
Strength - Pretty self explanatory. Should it hit zero, you no longer can support your own body, and pass out.
Defense - The hardiness of yourself, the meat on your bones and such. Should this hit zero, you just don't have the energy to go on, and pass out.
Just an idea to add a little more dynamic to the combat system. ^-^

I will make a little entry into the combat system to accommodate for this. ^__^

So!
I have yet another suggestion. I realize I do this a lot. >.>
HOWEVER! For a little bit more realism, a little bit more consistency, I suggest we start up a thread.
This threads sole purpose is to be NPCS. For example, the shop Acel visited? And all those people he met on that journey? Those would go in this thread. They would get listed with important factors, and/or information we need to know.
Important factors: Name, height, hair color, eye color, personality, stuff like that.
Information we need to know: What they do, where we'd find them, what they might be doing when we show up.
I suggest that NPC skeletons should be barebone, only the most relevant information available, in order to prevent metagaming.
Thoughts?

You can correct me if I'm wrong, but do you not have an FAQ section?
If not, I'm going to suggest making one specifically for lore questions that various people have had, compiling a list into one convenient forum. :3
This would mean going through the ooc thread and finding all those pesky little questions people ask, then answering them in that thread. This thread you can keep updating at the rp and the lore grows. ^^

We should have a lore/history section in the guild. Somewhere where we can keep track of what happens, where the timeline is, what's happened in the past, and so on. It would keep continuity straight and everyone on the same page.
