I'm taking over as mediator for Wings because our beloved VC was tired and needs to sleep like a normal human so I'm here.
Bring me up to speed.
If this goes longer than a page and a half then I will be forced to make you see THE HONOR OF THE MASK KNOWN AS "EL DIABLO."

Let's see, just the most recent info that they appear to have a problem with is the jutsu, but not the sound jutsu even though both are Densutsu rank and mine has a preq but his doesn't. -It's been decided if one does not state they have their customs on them in rp than automatically it is supposed to be assumed that they don't. Although I've never once heard of that but letting that go. -For three posts, Mizuki had covered him in a mist jutsu with her chakra in it, she gained control of him. He got rid of the water in the area, after she gained control of him, however the jutsu controls the water in his body and Mizuki made him snap his own neck. He used a sound jutsu on Mizuki's clone which shattered her clone's spine.

Well the keyword is assume. Anybody can assume anything. We haven't regulated a "rules of engagement" type deal with customs and stating whether you have them or not. We're not going to start.
Sound is one of the easiest sub-elements to counter. You have to read into it. Mizuki would be exceptional at beating sound, even off SS rank. Clones have no spine or human structure, they're entities of chakra and whatever they're created of.
Judgement reserved for jutsu until I get the other side.

 I say that we should continue as if neither of the participants die. And we keep going, jutsu's canceled out. Also, since it's a clone, it only has half of your normal chakra.

Even with half, she spent 70 chakra.
240 / 2 = 120 - 70 = 50.
She didn't go over her chakra to use the techniques.
And I do not agree to the "continue on no one dies." You're the one who tried to kill her in the first place.

Chakra Points= 240 Isn't the Mizuki that's in the Training Grounds a clone, anyways?

Yep. But that should have no real effect on the fight minus the fact that she'd have less chakra lol if the sound jutsu hit, which now according to fire it wouldn't, she hasn't been hit one time. First it was just a sparr to show the gennin what a fight was like, it was when he tried to kill her that it got more serious and less about showing the gennin, now she's out to make a point.

Is it regular or shadow clone? If its regular than it can't do anything, shadow clones can perform jutsu but only by how much chakra is put into them. Anyways, eh...lololol
