He will however answer to "Lord Otokage" when it comes to business. 。

xxxAND SO... Mirakuruuta was born into the world by his parents, Hakabi Sora, and his wife, Fuku. Since he was little, he was told stories about how his parent's forefathers and other people were put through awful tests done by a man named Orochimaru. Each one of these stories sent shivers up his spine, but one story always fascinated him. It was about another Sora clan member who worked as one of Orochimaru's subordinates, and traveled all over doing his bidding. She had even fought the legendary Three-Tails. Though his parents always said not to emulate her, Miraku couldn't help but fantasize about being as powerful as her one day.
Every day his father would teach him the ways of the Sora clan, using Shoton in all sorts of ways. His father would claim that his son was a prodigy! However, when Miraku turned 10, his parents were attacked by cloaked figures in the dead of the night. Miraku hid from this assault at the request of his mother, and cried silently when the two lay dead upon the floor of their home. After that, Miraku wandered about the forest, feeling dejected and alone, until one day he found a baby bird of paradise that was all alone. The two became fast friends, and began traveling together.
Every day, Miraku would practice upon the large harp he carried upon his back, in memory of his mother, and every day he would practice his Shoton by combing through the large tome of the Sora clan's jutsu. He proved to be musically gifted as well as proficient in Shoton, and would perform to get by. One day, he came across an abandoned compound in the Land of Sound, and realized this was where all those experiments on humans were carried out. The Hidden Sound Village. The place had remained dejected for quite some time. Seeing this as an opportunity, Miraku returned to some of the small makeshift settlements of war refugees and runaways, and proposed making a new home for themselves.
At the age of 15, the reconstruction of Otogakure no Sato began. Miraku's care-free personality, and kind nature made the work seem to go by quickly. He also used his Shoton to help build quite a few of the structures there. In two years, Otogakure was rebuilt, and made an actual village. The people Miraku brought there believed that with his natural born leadership and his abilities in Shoton made him the perfect candidate for Otokage. Feeling that he couldn't decline the position, he became the Otokage, though some lovingly referred to him as the first since the village was born anew.
While being the Otokage was great, Miraku never asked that his people call him "Lord Otokage", because he brought them here as one of them. A person who had no place to call their own. While he will seem aloof at times, Miraku becomes serious when the matter of real business is brought to the table. Some of this business revolved around the more distasteful parts of the old complexes, which some he either sealed off or completely tore out to make room for necessary structures.
The Otokage has never turned away a person seeking residence in the new Otogakure, but takes care when it comes to shinobi. With Otogakure's diverse people from all over the shinobi world, it was no wonder that some members of famous clans wound up there as well. To this day, Miraku keeps thinking of ways to try and build bridges with the other shinobi nations. Allies were always a good thing to have, even in times of peace....。

KEKKEI GENKAI -SHOTON: CRYSTAL RELEASE xxxxx- Passive: Crystal Creation [400 word training post] Through intense training, the user of the bloodline learns how to create an ever expanding variety of different artifacts that can come in many shapes and sizes. The chakra it takes to create these crystal objects vary from E-S Rank depending on the size of the creation. Below is the size comparison for the different ranked crystal creations:
E Rank: Very small accessories, usually no bigger than a golf ball. D Rank: Accessories and items that can be equipped, such as a sword or helmet. C Rank: A large table or sofa. B Rank: A small car. A Rank: A small home, bus or train. S Rank: A large house or mansion.
Passive: Crystal Immunity [100 word training post] The user of this bloodline is unable to be harmed by any of their jutsus... Mind you, another member with the bloodline can hurt another.
D Rank: Shōton: Kesshō no Yoroi (Crystal Armor) This jutsu allows the user to become encased in a thin sheet of crystal to protect them from blunt force trauma. This armor can also aid the user in performing stronger physical attacks. The crystal is transparent and can only be noticed by light reflecting off it, although it tends to be heavy and slows down the user by one rank while worn.
D Rank: Kesshō: Rokkaku Shuriken (Crystal: Hexagonal Shuriken) The user focuses their chakra into their hands and crystallizes the air around them. The crystal particles form into several six-sided shuriken, which resemble snowflakes in appearance.
C Rank: Shōton: Kurenai no Kajitsu (Crystal Release: Crimson Fruit) The user places a hand on the ground and sends their chakra into it. A dome of crystal rises and surrounds the target. The dome is designed with connected triangles and is fairly transparent with a pink hue. The dome is highly durable from both internal and external attacks.
C Rank: Shōton: Suishō Tō (Crystal Release: Jade Crystal Blade) The user focuses chakra around their arm and crystallizes the air around their arm. The form a blade made of crystal that is attached to their arm. The blade is similar in sharpness, durability, and shape to a tantō. If the user pays two more chakra they can create a blade on both arms.
C Rank: Shōton: Shuriken Ranbu (Crystal Release: Shuriken Wild Dance) The user will focus their chakra into the air around them, and crystallize the air creating hundreds of crystal particles. The particles will form together creating a dozen of crystal shurikens that will launch at the target.
B Rank: Kesshō Purizumu (Crystal Prism) A jutsu that has a variety of uses. This technique allows the user to focus chakra under their position and shoot several crystal walls that form a triangular prism around the user at sharp speeds, it can be used as a method of defense against assault from any angle. The user could also focus their chakra under a enemies position and attempt to use the crystal walls to seal and trap any enemies inside the prism, making it a handy trick to trap any escaping ninja. Despite the red walls appearing glass thin, this jutsu is very resilient against ninjutsu attacks, and it takes a lot of physical force to break through. This is a upgrade from the Crimson Fruit jutsu.
B Rank: Shōton: Sodachizakari Kesshō Bara (Crystal Release: Growing Crystal Thorns) The user places a hand on the ground and focuses their chakra into it. A large crystal spike rises up under the target. This jutsu is performed with the idea that the target will dodge the spike. As the target avoids the spike it will branch off into more spikes that chase the target. This is similar in appearance to a large thorn bush.
B Rank: Shōton: Hashō Kōryū (Crystal Release: Tearing Crystal Falling Dragon) The user will focus their chakra into the air, and crystallize any material substance around them. The crystallized material will form together creating a large crystal dragon. The dragon will charge at the opponent with its mouth open ready to rend them to pieces. The user can ride upon the dragon to cover large distances in a short time. This jutsu can crystallize an opponent's attack as long as it is not higher rank than 'B', composed of material that can be crystallized, and produces enough material to form the dragon. Jutsus that contain fire, water, wind, and lighting cannot be crystalized, but jutsus that contain earth or any other solid mass can be. The user can create multiple dragons for 4 extra chakra per dragon for a maximum of three.
B Rank: Kesshō: Kyodai Rokkaku Shuriken (Crystal: Giant Hexagonal Shuriken) The user focuses their chakra into their hand and projects it into the air. The air crystallizes and forms into a giant crystal shuriken, which resembles a snowflake. The shuriken is capable of slicing through solid iron. This shuriken is also able to break into several smaller shuriken snowflakes. The shuriken is usually around the size of the user when it is created.
B Rank: Shōton: Omiwatari (Crystal Release: The Gods' Crossings) The user will place a hand on the ground and focus their chakra into it. A large trail of crystal spikes will rise up out of the ground racing towards the target. The spikes will grow in size the further they trail from the user.
B Rank: Suishō Bunshin (Jade Crystal Clone) The user focuses their chakra into the ground and crystallizes enough material to create a clone of themselves. The clone is sturdy capable of taking some damage, but lightweight enough to perform the same as the user. The clone is equip with enough built in crystal to create several Kesshō: Rokkaku Shuriken, or create two Shōton: Suishō Tō. When the clone takes enough damage or the jutsu is dispelled it will turn into a crystal statue of the user and crumble into a pile of crystal. The user can create more clones for an extra 3 chakra for each going up to six clones total.
B Rank: Bāningu Kōsoku (Burning Restraints) A jutsu where the chakra is directed underground, and right below a enemy location, once the chakra reaches the enemy location, it will crystallize, and shoot out from the ground in the form of chains, attempting to wrap around the enemy and bind them on the spot. The user can make the chains tighter or loser at will.
A Rank: Shōton: Suishō Meikyū (Crystal Release: Jade Crystal Labyrinth) The user outstretches both hands and focuses their chakra into the air. It falls to the ground like sparkles. As the sparkles hit the ground crystal flowers grow rapidly becoming a transparent crystal wall. This wall sweeps around creating a large dome that covers an area about 50 meters in diameter, and several other walls will form, creating a maze of mirrors. Those caught inside will be unable to tell the proper path because the red crystals reflect their personal image as well as generate mirror images of the routes, paths, and details within the labyrinth. The dome cannot be destroyed from single point attacks as its surface will distribute the force. This jutsu requires three chakra per turn to maintain.
A Rank: Shōton: Kako no Chōzō (Crystal Release: Statues of Past) This jutsu is performed by having the user grasp onto the enemy. The user will then begin to force their chakra into their opponet and slowly begin to crystalize them, rendering them into useless statues of crystal. The jutsu takes around five posts to completely crystalize a foe, and the user must remain contact with the foe the whole time during this process. If separated from the foe, the user's jutsu will slowly begin to fade away, but can still render a opponent immobile if a limb has been crystalized. It takes the same amount of posts for the jutsu to fade as it took for the jutsu to crystalize. If the user was one post into the process before being separated, it will take one post to reverse. Two chakra upkeep plus starting cost.
DOTON xxxxx- D Rank - Tsuchi Bunshin no Jutsu [Earth Clone Technique] This is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes earth to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Tsuchi Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out attacks on its target. Also, elemental clones can think, but only on the rudimentary level, and the concentration for their jutsu needs to be maintained by the user. When this clone disperses, it reverts into a pile of dirt.
C Rank - Kosshi no Koudo [Bones of the Earth] After preforming the required hand seals, the user flings their arm forth, causing a pillar of rock to shoot out from the ground. The more pillars produced, the more chakra that is consumed.
KENJUTSU - SHIGURE SOEN RYU xxxxx- E Rank: Seien Sutansu [Blue Swallow Stance] A simple technique, in which consists of the user placing the sword in front of him/her. This is a real life technique as well. It balances the body, positioning it an steady idol. As a result, handling the sword heightens to swifter and quicker terms.
C Rank: Banme no fōmu: Suiryoku [Second Form: Thrust] The user charges forward and attacks with a thrust to impale a target. Limit: Must know Seien Sutansu
C Rank: Sādo no fōmu: Fangu [Third Form: Fang] The user lifts his/her sword and diagonally slashes in a quick succession, in which would uproot an entire tree or tear away water in front of them. Limit: Must know Seien Sutansu
C Rank: Daishi no fōmu: Mamoru [Fourth Form: Protect] The user holds the sword backwards and spins to create a whirlwind like shield. It's able defend against B-rank and below even though it's C-Rank. Limit: Must know Seien Sutansu
C Rank: Fifusu no fōmu: Pointo [Fifth Form: Point] The user drops the katana, kicking it with his foot, to send it flying in a stab. Limit: Can only be used when target has their guard down. Must know Seien Sutansu
B Rank: Kyū no fōmu: Kami surasshu [Ninth Form: Divine Slash] In the Kami surasshu stance, the user holds the sword behind them, then performs a single powerful slash. It sends off gusts of sharp air after the melee attack is finished. This can uproot hard material such as iron and steel. Limit: Must know Seien Sutansu.
SOUND RELEASE xxxxx- B Rank - Scream By applying chakra to the vocal chords, the user is able to scream out concentrated sound waves in a cylindrical stream up to 50 ft. Those who are in the path of the stream are caused hearing damage that messes with their sense of hearing and vision for two posts, making them much easier to attack for two posts.
A Rank - Sound Pulse This technique is used by either clapping the hands, or kicking the object/person in question. Through chakra infusion, the user creates a burst of sound that travels at the speed of sound, and able to break stone. At higher levels, it is able to warp metal from the impact. When kicking, the blast of sound is more focused, while clapping causes a 35 ft.
A Rank - Song of Discord With chakra infusing the vocalization of the user, the melody they sing or play on an instrument they carry will cause those who hear it within a 75 ft radius to become confused for two posts, thinking their allies are the enemy.
A Rank - Song of Rage With chakra infusing the vocalization of the user, the melody they sing or play will cause an ally within a 75 ft radius to become infused with pure rage, making their attacks more vicious for two posts. The drawback is that this hinders their judgement, and can leave them open to attacks from behind.
S Rank - Lullaby With chakra infusing the vocalization of the user, they sing or play a melody that is a soft lilting tune, that is able to put those within a 75 ft radius of them asleep for 1 post. This is good for ambushing enemies.
S Rank - Shriek A much more powerful version of the Wail and Scream jutsus, Shriek fires a concentrated stream of sound waves that is so powerful that other can see it visually. The driving force behind this move is strong enough to level a stone wall, and goes a distance of 100 ft in front of the user in a straight line.

xxxAND SO... Hoshi was born to the Reyne Clan of Shinobi, a rather unique group that looked more feline than human. She was born to one of the more noble families of Clouded Leopards. She was born... a bit different. Her fur was the normal pure white with spots, but there was also soft tinges of pink and purple in her fur, hair, ears, tail and spots. It didn't seem to bother her family much, as these strange abnormalities, while rare, were not always uncommon in their family. When she turned 7 years old, her father took her with him to the newly constructed Otogakure, though it was obvious that there was much more work needed to be done. Her father offered the village his help, his family was from the noble families of his clan after all, and he wasn't completely useless in manual labor. As many from Otogakure had not seen of his clan, though they had moved to their territory shortly before Hoshi was born, her father saw this as a chance to start a good relationship with the people. So, with his small daughter at his side, the larger Leopard would come day for six days to help build, taking the last day off of course.
When the construction was finished, the young Hoshi had practically grew up in the village. She enjoyed it and the people so much that her father decided that she could stay. He left her in the care of a friend so that she could grow to become a strong Shinobi, to protect and serve people. It was something of a show of good will between his Clan and the people of Otogakure, sending his youngest daughter to them to be raised in the ways of the ninja. She worked hard, growing very attached to the Village that she now called her home. She worked her way through the Academy and finally graduated, seeing this as her real test. 。

With this jutsu, the user's bite become stronger, leaving 1 inch deep wounds on the bite mark and causing moderate bleeding. Use of this jutsu is limited to 5 times in battle each time of use.
xxxxx- C Ranked - Kezutta tsume
User of this jutsu will have their claws become increasingly sharp in which they can cut through almost all kinds of material such as wood, most metals, and stone, with a restriction of the metal being within one foot in thickness. The claws of the user do not increase in size which means that if the claws are small, they will not cut more than what the claws touch. The effect lasts for 2 posts and can be used again after 2 posts of cool down.
SUITON xxxxx- D Rank - Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu [Water Clone Technique]
This is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. A fairly simple water manipulation jutsu, this technique provides the ability to breathe underwater for a maximum of fifteen minutes. This ability doesn't require the use of handseals.
xxxxx- D Rank - Suiton: Shiryoku [Water Release: Sight] (Doujutsu)
The user is able to see light without it being bent by water. This allows them to see through a mist, or to the bottom of a pond
xxxxx- D Rank - Fuuin no Tsukurite [Seal Creator]
The user manipulates their ink, such that they are able to right with it on a solid surface without moving their hands. This can be used to produce seals rather quickly, or write letters when one’s hand writing needs to be hidden.
xxxxx- C Rank - Kirigakure no Jutsu [Hidden Mist Technique]
A ninjutsu technique that covers the area surrounding the user completely in mist. Once used, there's practically no visibility within the area of this jutsu for both the user and their enemy. This is a perfect situation for someone who trains in the art of silent killing.
xxxxx- C Rank - Kiri Shunshin no Jutsu [Mist Body Flicker Technique]
The user will be able to disappear from their previous position in a cloud of mist and reappear elsewhere. The distance they reappear to depend on the amount of chakra they choose to use, though they must travel more than 2 miles, and know exactly where they are going. This jutsu is only to be used outside of a battle, or to leave a thread entirely. This jutsu is only to be used outside of a battle, meaning you can't start a battle with it either. Note: Small aesthetic variations to this jutsu can be made without any custom applications, so long as the variations have no effect on battle.
C Rank - Suiton: Koku no Jutsu [Water Release: Black Rain Technique]
The user creates a black mist that will emit from their body and rise up toward the sky. A temporary flammable rain of oil is released upon the user's specific targeted area.
B Rank - Suiton: Mizu Kamikiri [Water Release: Rising Water Cutter]
With the handseals of this jutsu done with, the user will then kick his foot to the water, causing a vertical slicing blade of water to rise up and travel towards his target.

Nonton xxxxx- C Rank - Ayatsuito no Jutsu [String Reeling Technique]
Ayatsuito no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing wire. This string can be used in rappeling, or as a method to tie down and restrict the movement of an opponent. The Uchiha clan also utilizes the wire in their Sharingan Soufuusha Sannotachi technique. The wire allows the clan member to pin down an opponent, and then unleash a torrent of fire upon them.
ACADEMY JUTSU xxxxx- E Rank - Bunshin no Jutsu [Clone Technique]
Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.
xxxxx- E Rank - Passive: Kinobori no Waza [Act of Tree Climbing]
This is one of the most basic shinobi skills. By focusing their chakra into one's feet, and keeping a steady flow, the user can walk straight up completely vertical surfaces. Training to learn this technique can be frustrating; if you focus too little chakra into your feet, you will fall off and most likely hit your head, whereas if you focus too much, the surface will crack and the user will be forced to jump off before it collapses. [Once it is learnt once, it can be passively used all the time]

xxxAND SO... Haru born on the first’s day of spring and named for a spring that never came that year. Haru a hard worker like any other child of the Milano however unlike the other children. His was not really skilled in the clan jutsus like other children. Even with the stressful he was put in not only by adult Milano but the other children mostly. His family was not looked down on just frown on by some of the other Milano clan members. Though the clan numbers are small in the village a single word of one Milano achievement goes far in the group as well as failures. Haru’s skill with ninja tools was the only thing that kept him from behind on the bottom of the barrel. He could nail targets with any weapon as well mixing ninja tools with some fire moves without wasting too much chakra. With these achievements on him people started to notices him more and remember the Milano clan was not just known for the secert jutsus but their skilled mastery of ninja tools and over all skill of being a ninja.
He got in to the academy show great strength in his ninja skills his family very proud of him. They were as his father and mother both loved. Sadly the only thing that got him down was he was in the same class of the girl nick named little flame. She was a female ninja that seemed to put the word ninja as a joke or game then taking pride in it. Lucky, He was place on a different class but the luck did not go to far. Haru's mother was pregnant for some time now, and the idea of him having a little brother or sister was a joyful idea in the family. Even more it seemed to made his father very happy. Haru did not mind having another brother or sister since lately he was not making his father proud of him. His father would hear how other children were doing in the clan and how much better they were doing compare to his son. However, his father did not mind as he still loved his son and often stood up for him. That was all before his mother got sick. In those times of Haru's life he wished he could just freeze them and stay in them forever. However, when his mother had gotten sick and was taken to the hospital and did not make it. Haru’s world came crashing down around him. In the end Haru found out not only his mother die but also the child inside his mother. They could not save either.
Haru was stun as he did not understand how his mother could just die like that. His father would not talk about it, just told him to shut up. Weeks follow and his father happiness went down the drain in the matter of speaking. His father gave up being a ninja for the village and started drank his self sick each night. Haru took care of his father during this time the best he could by using the money he got from side jobs he been working at to pay for food and what knots. After being in the academy for only 2 and half or maybe 3 months his class and everyone went on a camping trip to learn about ninja life outside the village. They camp by some caves telling the children about how spots like this could be used for shelter but also hold many dangers as well. The teachers where not far off as missing ninjas had made their home in the caves. As the group came close the ninjas attacked everyone showing remorse to the group of genin and teachers.
Haru felt useless during that time even with his skills with ninja tools he could not protect anyone. He could barely protect his self. He told his self he could not run from the attack which lead to him losing his left eye during the event as will badly injured his left arm leaving a bad scar. With blood running down his face he watched in pain seeing many fellow students killed/injure. The last things he can remember was not the events but the idea of dying and having his father grief more. He found it his main fear of leaving his father alone if he dies. Since that event his right eye started to hurt ever since.
When he was brought back to the village he saw the kage briefly as he was making his way out. His eyes were something he could not forget even today. The eyes of a man with so much hate in them, that he can do anything and nothing could stop him. His father had those eyes when his mother and unborn child die. It was the strongest look he seen from his father back then as now they are filled with a pitiful sadness. He was taken to the hospital to recover from his wounds. He found out they could not save his left eye and his left arm was badly damage with nerve damage. As he stayed at the hospital for retraining of his left arm as well as learning to walks around and move around with one eye. He was not there but he heard rumors of when the kage came back after getting his revenge on the group of missing ninjas. That the Kage felt better or was happy. Haru really wonder if revenge made people feel better to get on with their lives? He did not know what to do to help his father. Revenge? On who his mother die from a sickness. He did not know what to do other than train to be more powerful. With his limited sight he started to train more in to Kenjutsu forwarding his skill with ninja tools even more. Even gaining the name "Silver Blade" as many say that is the only thing they see before they go down.
He is still lacking behind the other clan members still in terms of skill in using the secret jutsu like some of the more famous members. There were others more well known in the clan being skilled in the jutsu of his clan and all were around his age yet he fails to show little improvement in his own jutsu. He was always trying harder to prove his self that he was a true Milano clan member and not become a shadow under others. He had made up his mind since he lost his eye and something more. He passed his Genin test with flying colors with a calm mind. His father still drink his self sick and even ring up the tabs at the bars putting stress on me to get money. Haru is always working either on mission or odd jobs after a little bit of training. Haru knows his father is just does not care anymore about him and he is fine with that. As he getting to the point he does not care about his father either. With his missing eye he still tend to trip and fall or rin in to the things. People often mistaken it for goofiness. 。

xxxAND SO... Rowan actually tended towards a fairly normal history. He was born to loving parents, grew up, made friends, all the normal stuff. That is, until the inevitable circumstance that befalls so many of those that enter the Ninja Academies. At age eight, Rowan and some friends snuck down into one of the old labs near the village for a little adventure, one of the many all over the land. A lot of these labs had been refurbished for use, the rest left to sit. This was one of the labs that had been left to sit, but none of the kids knew why, they just knew it was off limits. So, they dared to sneak inside. There weren't any guards at the entrance that night, since it was just an old lab, not some secret facility posing as an old unused lab. The kids soon found out why this lab, so close to the village, had been left abandoned.
Scorch marks along the walls, strange circular holes in the walls and floor, strange depressions and almost-decipherable symbols that had been cut through as though by a Kunai. For some reason, this lab had been loaded with so many traps it would have taken multiple teams weeks or months to sweep the entire facility. Since this was during the formation of the main village, they didn't have the manpower or time to spare. So the place was just declared as unusable and the ninja moved on to other facilities. This was the status quo, until the overeager group of kids decided to do a little exploring.
Just a bunch of ignorant kids in way over their heads, the explorations didn't last long. But they weren't dumb, after the second one of them mysteriously vanished and wouldn't respond to calls, the rest of the kids fled, returning to the village to get help. It took almost an hour to get enough of a coherent story to emerge, but then a new genin team was sent out to assist in searching, along with a bunch of the local townsfolk who knew their way around trapped areas. However, it took them days to find the two missing children, one malnourished and dehydrated but still hanging on in poor condition. The other wasn't in much better shape, but there was one interesting thing there.
One of the two that went missing was Rowan, the first one who was accidentally caught in a imprisoning pit trap. Rather then stabbing him or otherwise killing him, this trap sent him sliding down several levels into what was presumably supposed to be an armored steel cell. Fortunately for Rowan, the door was hanging open. After trying ineffectually to climb the shaft he had fallen down and call for help, Rowan left through the door. He stumbled onto, or rather over, a light, and from their was able to actually try to find his way around. Rowan found the stairs up to the next level, but they were blocked off by some debris and various heavy objects, making it appear that someone had blockaded themselves down here for some reason.
Having grown up in a recently built village like Otogakure, Rowan knew at least a little, rudimentry survivalism. His knowledge in this case basically boiled down to the fact that he could be trapped here for days before people were able to find this place and move that blockage, so Rowan went looking. This was when he found the other kid, by the sound of crying behind another of the steel doors Rowan had almost been trapped behind. From the outside however they were easy to open, so Rowan got inside. The kid was hurt from the fall, but still concious. Rowan had to leave to find some sort of bandages, and then bound up the bleeding leg injury.
From their, Rowan had to scavenge for whatever edible foodstuffs and water he could find, and take care of the other person, who's leg injury had been infected, helping him as best he could. Then of course their were a couple of mutant animals that had somehow gotten inside, including an overlarge, aggressive rat, that had attacked them a couple of times.
When the rescue team finally got to them and through the rubble, and were searching the floor for the pair, one opened the door to the room, only to see a large black thing go flying at his head. It was one of the Genin sent to assist however, and the thing didn't get near him before meeting several Kunai and a swift kick, sending it flying and crashing into the room. This resolved into a adult-sized wooden puppet wrapped in what looked like black drapes, torso cracked almost in half from the Genin's kick, with the suddenly woken up Rowan holding a peice of jagged metal, standing in front of the unconcious other kid. After Rowan realized that the giant rat hadn't set off his hastily built rig to drop the puppet, but that rescue had come, he collapsed and promptly passed out, exhausted from trying to scavenge supplies for himself and the sick person, and mentally drained from all the time in the darkness. Rowan had found what looked to be an old Kugutsu user's store of puppets, almost totally empty except for the single old wood puppet Rowan had taken. In case the rat tried to attack while he was asleep, Rowan had taken the puppet, wrapped it in a sort of cloak he improvised out of some black fabric he found in the room, and hung it with a crude string tripwire, so it would fall on the rat and scare it away if it tried to get in through the door.
Rowan and the other kid were taken from the ruins, Rowan clutching for the puppet in his unconscious sleep, and taken to the hospital. They were treated, both survived the ordeal and improved, and were released after they were better off. Rowan ended up with the battered puppet as a sort of momento of that time, which eventually prompted him into entering the Ninja Academy, and trying to become a Puppeteer. While he had once thought those strange puppets were creepy or downright terrifying, after that ordeal it seemed like they were almost the only things he could turn to in times of trouble, something that he felt could always help him. Rowan's fervent training in the arts of Kugutsu lead him to an early mastery of the special trick of using two puppets at the same time, managing it well before his graduation from the academy.
Rowan found himself with a knack at Ninjutsu as well as his Kugutsu techniques, and took on the extra time and courses needed to develop skills in Genjutsu. This came at a rather poor result in both Ken and Taijutsu, although Rowan understood the concepts, he simply didn't have the time on top of everything else to learn to really hone his body to use them. That concept knowledge he has demonstrated to apply to his puppets however.
Rowan graduated the Academy with a rather wide skillset, wider then most, and a sharp mind that had an interesting knack for not only learning beyond his years, but for putting together plans combining multiple Jutsu and types of Jutsu, forming some rather complex and nasty traps during the exams where he was assigned to trap other students. Unlike many puppeteers though, Rowan completely avoids the use of poison, prefering to demonstrate his own ability without the need for 'such cheap tricks'. 。
