Outside the walls of soul society there is a small forest that surrounds the beautiful walls of soul society. Many students come here to training during their free time while others only come to have fun. Being outside the soul society walls this place might be attacked by hollows and over all Arankarus of low level. Rukongai vegetation is the same as the forest from ancient Japan.

Ryuu enters the forest carring his usual boken and his zampaktou on his back like all students from the accademy. "Cursed Yamamoto taking my princess away from me..." He looks at the forest surrounding him and takes out a small rope placing it over the trees and doing some stuff with it. After he is done he tides his legsand arms with the ropes and slowly let a rook that he tied to it fall on a hole close to were he was soon the stone reached the bottom and streads his legs and arm far more than a normal split could. He let a huge screem come out and then closes his eyes as tears come out of his eyes. "Ahhhh hurts so much"

hours passes and the pain start to go away as his muscles get used to the constant streching. He closes his eyes and allows his mind to fly away so the pain does not reach him. His mind flying through the empty space and his heart start to beat slower as he totaly controls his emotions.

More hours pass and it was almost night fall, he opens his eyes suddenly and launchs a violent screem, as he does he forces his arms and legs to close lifting himself up and pulling the rock up from the hole, time passes and sweat runs down his neck as his face turns really red. He quickly uses all his strengh and goes back to a normal standing position. Soon one of the ropes breaks because of the wight of the rock and he falls back to the ground making a perfect split as the other side of his body pends. "mission successful"

"Now how was that technique that she use the kick that sended me flying away." He stared to think and then remembered "yeah she placed her hand on the ground and then kicked me with both legs like a spin or something...but that needs more than jutsu good flexivility to do"

"Maybe I should do some of the basics I learned from my bro first..." He walks to a tree and start punching it two times with the right hand and then one time with the left hand and then two kicks with the rightleg and then one kick with the left ending with a spin kick with the left leg. He repeats the same over and over each time adding more strenght to it.

It was pass midnight when he staoped training. He walked to the river close to it holding his zampaktou and his boken on his hands and placed them besides him as he reached the water. "Ufff sensei will be mad at me training so hard" he let his hands go inside the water and soon the blood on them start to go away with the water.

He watched his reflection on the water and soon something else seemed to appear behing him in silence. Soon 2 red eyes formed on the water on front of him and he just grabed his zampaktou and jumped into the water. The river had low waterso he couls stand on it with his foots on the water. How ever he could not see what was behing him before just 2 red eyes. "What is that ?"

After the eyes came in to view so did parts of the Hollows body starting with a long black tail to one side of it and then a body of a naked woman stand but her body was the color of the black night sky and then the mask came in next the red eyes could be see very well and the face on the mask was of some one smiling and red tears coming down her face as she slowly walked over to him he could hear laughing((I am a hollow now ...))

"Whhhaaat-t-t-t-t the hell are youuu... !?" He sounded really nerveous and looked at the hollow with featavoilding the eyes all the time. He slowly reached his zaqmpakto and drawed the sword. "So cute yet so stupid as to attack me from behind" His acctitude changed completly as he said this and looked at her to the eyes. "You know you not leaving here alive hollow s**t"

The hollow did not say a thing only looked at him and then slowly the laughing stop and she said "What a nice looking little boy" she moved closer to him and then the laughing started up again and she said "Can I have you soul boy?" she started to run at him as she said "I want your soul!"

She keep run at him and soon she way close to him so that she could try and hit him so her tail moved in front of her like a sword and stabed at him

The hollow stop as the sword cut in to her flesh her eyes looked at him as she pulled her self off his sword and started to laugh again as tears fell form her eyes and in a small voice she cried "Kill me please ... this .. pain" she could stop her body form moving as she took his arm in her hand and throw to the side and she fell to the ground crying in pain
