The sun was going down and it glowed red near the horizon. Kucha yawned and walked in a direction to find a resting spot maybe...he was almost like a shadow when he walked trought he high grass...he looked at the sun it was actually pretty when it was glowing red like that " Hm ok where can i find a good tree or some good bushes? " he looked around and sniffed a little in the air.

Off in the distance, a small howl of pain and terror could be heard. It quickly deceased, only leaving it's past behind it. Birds began to flock away from the same area in which the howl had come from, a few Vultures above beginning to soar above the land.
After a few seconds, a wonderful smell hit the nose of the Male Hyena. It was the smell of a fresh kill, new and bloody meat, just what Hyenas liked. It tempted him, telling him to come near and partake in the feast. However, his instincts told him not to go.

Kucha sniffed a little in the air some more and perked his ears in the scents direction " Hm ok that didn't make me so sleepy...maybe i should go and sheck it out " he stopped for a while trying to decide what he should do, what was wrong with him? why was something telling him to not go? he ignored his instinct for now it couldn't be something dangerous? he would just go and take a look..so he wanderd off in the bloody scents direction..

As the Male neared to where he smell emitted from, his instincts only got stronger, telling him to turn back now. However, the bloody smell was just too delicious to give up. He just had to continue on... Whether he was hungry or not.
As he came to a small patch of forest, he could see small blood puddles leading in. They were pretty fresh, only meaning that what ever had been killed had been killed recently. As the Male continued to follow the wonderous scent, he came across someone or something happily muching away at some prey. They prey itself was not visible, but the hind quarters of the predator was. It was a dark gray Hyena, Female from the looks of it. She had an almost black mane and tail, white paw socks, and a white belly ribbon. Everything else was still yet to be seen.

Kucha couldn't turn back now...and he was just so curious too, then he noticed someone..another hyena? so it seemed, he walked closer very silent and slowley. His fur color was good for this kind off things like sneeking without being seen mother nature had been good to him when giving him that black shadow like fur. Then he stopped and sniffed a little to pick up the female's scent..

The Female Hyena quickly jerked her head back, looking at the Male with crimson red eyes. She blinked, jerking her head back towards her prey and ripping it apart. She scooted her body over, allowing the Male to see what her kill was... And what he saw only made him think of a horrible memory from the past. It was a young pup... A young Hyena pup.... One that had strayed too far from its Pack...

Kucha made a serious face it was sucha long time ago he saw a female ate a pup off there own kind..sure hyena's eat others pups if they where hungry but this just reminded him off something but he couldn't remember what...his body still showed a very confident landuage he looked at the strange female with his cold grey eyes...but he decided to leave instead this wasn't really intressting for him so he turned around to leave just as silent as when he came..

The Female teared more flesh off of the Hyena pup's bones, slurping it down, fresh blood dripping from her teeth. She turned her head, licking her chops as she did so, watching the Male Hyena slowly walk away.
"Going somewhere..... Kucha.."

Kucha stopped and turned his head towards the female..what did she just say? how could she know his name? he looked very confused but he was still calm " Heh well you seem to know my name but i can't remember that i met you before " his lips formed an evil grin but he still couldn't remember who she was..

The Female Hyena smiled evilly herself, taking a few rather seductive looking steps towards Kucha. She swung her head up high, looking the Male right in the eyes.
"Does 'Pup Killer' sound familiar to you...?"
She beared her bloody teeth in a toothy grin, the dead Hyena pup laying behind her and slowly rotting away.

Kucha turned his hole body towards her some things started to comming back..who was this female? because she seemed familiar now " Heh well just tell me your name and i might remember who you are " he raised one off his eyebrowns and he wasn't so impressed over that she killed that little pup he wasn't much to eat...but then it hit him could it be Mtupeni ?

The Female Hyena chuckled some, a few drops of blood falling from her mouth and landing on her paws.
"You should remember me... I'm the one you turned down all those moons ago... How could you forget? To be your mate... It was my dream...... But no... You claimed you weren't ready........ And you drove me off..."
She looked back to the gnarled Hyena pup, licking her chops.
"Look what you've made me become Kucha.. A pup killer.... All because I was turned down...... Now I live off of children of this land... And nothing more.."
She eagerly pounced on the dead morsel, tearing off one of its legs and throwing it up in the air, catching it back in her mouth and shaking her head viciously, pieces of skin and fur flying off everywhere.

Kucha actually felt a little sorry for her sure they had so much fun when they grow up but what had happend to her? sure he said he wasn't ready but that doesn't meen he will be later " Just because i told you i wasn't ready doesn't meen i wont be later...but you have changed a lot Mtupeni..and why is it my fault just because you couldn't handle a no " he shoke his head did he really drive her this crazy?

As she tore at the young pups flesh, blood matted her pure white fur, making her look more ravinous than before.
"I was ready for you Kucha... Ready to be your mate... Ready to bear your pups.... And then you turned me down. I was so... So confused... So angry..... I began to grow jealous of all the other Females in the pack. So, I began to kill their pups... As well as finding a craving for their flesh and blood. I do not know why.. For a I have tried to to stop myself.. But I cannot.... I simply wait for another pup to stray too far from its pack.... And then I feast."
She once again tore at the flesh, shaking her head some more in a wild manner, dismembering slowly, but surely.

Kucha's eyes looked down at the pup and then back at her " Well you still have to be two about mating right...and i felt that had to do something more before i settle down..travel and see things maybe it sounds silly " he walked closer to her and sat down next to her " And why where you jelous off them? i didn't even like any off the other females " he still had a serious look on his face but he still couldn't understand why she did all this.
