General:

Sacharissa is obsessive compulsive about order and studies. Everything must be in it's proper place, nothing out of order if so it will drive her insane until it is returned to its place. She has her set schedule for studies, magic lessons and sports.

Habits: Stares towards the direction of the Sea/Ocean when uncomfortable or becomes withdrawn/quiet, Reorganizes her belongings and draws when thinking.
Hobbies: Collects all types of items from the Ocean/Sea including stuff from shipwrecks, Reading and Drawing.

Likes: Sea/Ocean, Sea Life, Summer, Reading, Flowers

Relationship with Family:

Sacharissa is very close to her parents and both sets of grandparents. She is adored by them all, loves them all equally. She is doted on quite terribly but is not a brat persay. She does use her "apple of daddie's eye" to get something she really wants if the word "no" is used which is rare.

She knows how lucky she is to be so loved and to have a family who has money. She does not flaunt the fact she is rich, she chooses her friends based on who they are not what they have. Case in point, her best friend is a young girl named Lizabeth who's family would be considered low income though they have all the necessities.


HISTORY
General History:

Sacharissa is different from other pureblood children in the fact she lives among muggles. Her father owns a Shipping Maginate and prefers to earn what he gets the old fashioned way then due to being a wizard. She knows she must keep what she is a secret from even her best friend and does so.

She knows she must work hard, study and become the best she can be. Her family asks only she try for those who quit will never succeed. She studied the 4 houses at Hogwarts since she was 8 years old and decided she best was suited for Slytherin her beloved Father's house. Her ambition and cunning is why she believed this to be, she can out think her teachers and other adults and reaches for her goals whole heartedly. She does not accept defeat.

MISCELLANEOUS
The Sorting:

Sacharissa was sitting quietly awaiting her turn but her eyes kept darting about the large chamber to get a feel for all the other first years who awaited the same as she. So many wore certain colors hoping to be chosen for the respective house it was known for.

Forcing herself to relax she watched as a small delicate female approached when a name was called. The girl looked about ready to pass out but slowly stepped up and sat down. Within a few moments the words "Ravenclaw" was heard booming and bouncing off the chambers walls. The girl smiled and walked off to join the others already chosen for that house and sat.

Sitting and waiting was something Sacharissa always had trouble doing even as a young girl. She was always impatient for her turn and wanted it then not later. To keep her mind occupied she looked around the room again and thought she saw a shadowy figure lurking in the shadows of one of the large marble columns that decorated the chamber. Shaking her head she looked again just as her name was called in a loud voice. Realizing she was to be sorted she got up, walked up the steps and sat and awaited the hat's choice.

Well well I see several traits in you that can be said will do well in certain houses, difficult it is to choose but one for you. Hmmmmm.... the hat said.

Nodding slightly she awaited the hat to pronounce her house so she could be seated and not be the center of attention for she felt every single person looking at her but also a feeling of being watched by something else and it intrigued her greatly.

I have had others similiar to you over the many years who have sat and they wished to be placed in a specific house when another would suit better. You are one such as those. You possess several traits that would allow you to be placed in all 4 of the houses. You are cunning, intelligent yet loyal and brave. Your thirst for knowledge leads me to believe you would be better suited for Ravenclaw, though your loyalty would be suited for Hupplepuff and your bravery for Gryffindor, I can not over look your cunning and strong ambition which would suit perfectly for Slytherin. Such a dilemma though I am certain you have your choice and I will discover it the hat said as it moved slightly as if reading her mind for her choice.

Sacharissa felt relief at the announcement, she had studied everything she could about the House of Slytherin. Determined to become a member she set out early on to learn and develop skills needed to ensure she would be. This house was known for its students and wizards who are extremely cunning, intelligent and overall ambitious. She knew not all Slytherin were evil though most thought this house was all about the dark arts.

Standing up she walked over to the table that seated the other chosen Slytherin first years and took a seat. She felt like she had come home and knew she was where she truly was meant to be.

Feeling eyes still on her she turned quickly and saw the shadowy figure once more then it seemed to vanish before her eyes. Looking around at the others at the table no one seemed to notice what she had.

Either I am seeing things or I was meant to see the figure and no one else but why? she thought to herself. No matter it has gone and there was still sorting left to do. Resigning herself to enjoy the rest of the sorting she turned back and awaited the next student to take the chair.

Boggart: One day while sailing on one of her Father's ships she wandered around up on deck after dinner. It was a beautiful moon light evening, soft warm breeze and stars as far as the eye could see. Laying down in one of the hammocks she stared up at the sky looking for constellations when she suddenly felt a icy cold blast of air come from next to her. Turning her head she say an outline of a shrouded creature hovering there with its clawed hand reaching towards her, she tumbled out of the hammock and took off running to her parents quarters.

Mirror of Erised: If granted this rare chance to stand before the Mirror, she hopes the Mirror will reveal something she did not even know she hoped for.

EXTRA CREDIT


Patronus: Dolphin

Greatest Treasure: Her collection of items from the sea floor. Her father owns a Shipping Company that handles all sorts of nautical endeavors.

Manner of Dress: She has always been dressed in nautical inspired clothing and loves it. She does have other kinds of clothing but usually can be found in a nautical dress as she feels most comfortable dressed that way.

Favorite Class: Astromony. Sailors have always used the stars as navigation and since she can remember has been told tales of the stars.
