Kikaru's outfit consists of very many different layered clothing. Starting at the bottom she wears custom made ninja boots which make her completely silent while walking. She wears white, tight fitted white pants which have two black straps per leg placed on the upper part of the body, which are tucked in to her boots. On the top of these tight fitted pants is a series of belts, and a small sarong, with the additive of cross suspenders that reach up and around the torso. Under these suspenders is a white button down shirt that is semi-fitted to the body. At the top of the shirt, a band from the suspenders crosses across the chest. Kikaru also wears a brown cropped jacket with different crests on it, presumably from her clan. There is a crest on each shoulder and on the back of the jacket itself, with the addition of one one her left breast. The Jacket zips closed, but kikaru always leaves it open. Around Kikaru's neck is a red scarf which she uses for a multitude of things. The scarf is long, and has special fibers which allow her to breath in polluted or toxic air, and even through smoke.
When not garbed out in her normal ninja attire, Kikaru wears pretty laid back clothing. She sports normal jeans, a tank top of some sort, and ninja sandals with the same soles which make her footsteps silent. She'll wear finger-less gloves with this outfit, and often times wear a light grey sweatshirt to top it off. This is mostly to allow her comfort, but also isn't very restricting.
Often times, she carries only two accessories with her at all times. One of these accessories is a long red scarf, which was a past memory of hers and allowed her, along with the people of her village, to breath through the toxic air near where they lived.

Kikaru has Split Personality Disorder, developed when she was much younger. Often times she can be seen allowing her two personalities to talk through herself, making her look quite the mess. The fist personality, Kikaru's original one, is a nice and kind personality that is quite fragile and oblivious. Along with these traits it's quite innocent, along with being generous, and often can confuse people in to why she's such a dangerous ninja. This personality itself, however, does hold a sort of hatred inside it for Kikaru's clan and is a bit bloodthirsty within itself. It is capable of getting mad, quite mad, and is just as dangerous as Kikaru's second personality.
Kikaru's second personality is a cold and ruthless one, with no respect for human life. It shows no emotion other than hate and blood lust. It often thinks that Kikaru's other personality is weak and disgusting, and not worth sharing the same body as her. In fact, the other personality is repulsed completely by the first. The second personality seems to have the mouth of a sailor, cursing constantly with no care as to what others think of it. This personality strives to kill. It is also the smarter out of the two, as it is often the one who does most of the tactical thinking and fighting. It is quite lustful, and will literally flirt with anything that is male.
When both personalities argue, the first personality tends to have a higher voice, while the second personality seems to have a lower and smoother one.

Kikaru is a very fast and agile fighter, and with her black lightning ninjutsu and suiton combinations, along with her medical training, she is quite seasoned in pressure and vital points all along the human body. Kikaru tends to lean more towards fighting in open places.

Kikaru has a few weakness, which are mostly mental. The first personality tends to be too idiotic and quick to rush in, while the second personality tends to underestimate most of it's foes. Kikaru also has this thing where, no matter which personality, she isn't able to harm animals at all. Kikaru sees animals as the only things that are important in life.

↳ Note: Kikaru is well versed in her own style of taijutsu, which is a sub-type of nintaijutsu, coating her arms in legs in her black lightning release. She also went through basic academy training, giving her the ability to walk up walls and across water, as well as use the body switch and shunshin techniques.
Suiton
● Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet - This technique shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill.
● Water Release: Water Dragon Whip - This technique creates an orb of water from which many sharp whips of water emerge that can be directed towards and impale a target or multiple targets. The whips can also change direction in mid-trajectory, bending to seek out the targets. This is a high level elemental ninjutsu as it seemingly required great amplification to use.
● Water Release: Water Gun - This technique is demonstrated as being both a technique on its own and as a two-way collaboration technique between Gamariki and Jiraiya. Using this technique, Gamariki can blast off a wave of high speed water from his mouth with extreme precision and force.
● Water Release: Torrential Flood - The user makes a few hand seals, and then touches the ground. Doing so will draw all and any ground water up and flood the entire area.
● Water Clone - A clone is made from water, which is very durable and able to take a few hits before being destroyed.
● Water Release: Great Tsunami - The person must first use Water Release: Torrential flood. After doing so, the user will weave a few hand seals, which causes all the water that has flooded the area to pull back in to a massive wave. This massive wave will then rush forward, decimating pretty much anything is comes in contact with.
● Water Release: Devil's Bullet - Quite identical to a technique that the Hozuki use. The user will collect water in to their mouth, then spit it out with enough speed to punch through nearly anything.
Black Raiton
● Black Hole Chidori - Much like the normal Chidori, but its used with the black lightning release in stead of a normal Lightning release. This causes it to leave a black hole like effect when slammed in to the opponent. This chidori has the same cutting capabilities as the normal chidori.
NOTE: It does not create an actual Black Hole
● Nightmare Chidori Sembon - This is a technique created by Kikaru by using the same black lightning she used for her Black Hole Chidori . It is specialised in more speed, by being transformed into countless black sharp senbon, all aimed at the enemy. By increasing the amount of chakra used, the number of senbon also increases. Using Kiakru's knowledge of the human body, these almost always hit vital pressure points.
● Nightmare Current - In using the same black lightning release as the Black Hole chidori and the Nightmare Chidori sembon, Kikaru releases the current outwards, usually through water, but can be used on dry land as well. This forces the muscle of anyone who it touches to tense up, even the user unless they have trained to get past this effect.
● Destruction: Lightning Rush - Quite like the Wave of inspiration jutsu except that there is more electrical discharge and the user uses momentum from running to drill the water release part of the jutsu in to the opponent.
● Destruction: Hellish Lightning Clap - The user first covers the place in water, then makes a few hand seals. In doing so, a huge black lightning strike will quickly flash down and strike the water and electrify the opponent. the water acts both as a conductor and an amplifier.
● Lightning Release: Black Panther - After generating black lightning from their body which takes the form of a panther, the user can manipulate it to affect multiple victims at once by electrocuting them. Like various other Lightning Release techniques, the potency of this ability can be increased through the application of water.
● Somei Barrage - The user places three water clones around the opponent that act like lightning rods. With this, the user discharges black lightning in to the clones. The clones redirect and continuously shock the opponent in a death trap they can't escape from.
Iryo Ninjutsu [ Medical ]
● Body Pathway Derangement - An extremely high-level technique, used as a medical ninjutsu. The human body is controlled with electrical signals from the brain, but a person who had those electrical signals cut off with this technique will become unable to make their body move as they want. By transforming the chakra within one's body and giving it the properties of electricity, one creates an electric field. As soon as a strike of the hand lands, electricity is poured into the enemy's nervous system, severing the signals and deranging their body control. The target's body moves in any way, except how they want it to move. For the common shinobi, battle, not to mention even just walking, will become impossible. However, the victim can partially overcome the technique if they manage to relearn the connection between their brain and their limbs, as Kabuto Yakushi, being a medical-nin himself, demonstrates. This feat however is not an easy one and takes a high amount of concentration and intelligence. Because she's an expert in medical treatments, Tsunade was able to master this technique.
● Derangement Palm - Using the same method at the Body Pathway Derangement, the user will land a strike in the opponents chest, heavily damaging their central nervous system.
Summoning
● Summoning: Tsenurimu - Summons a large black eagle that has control of lightning, it emits strong shocks if touched. It can also use some lightning ninjutsu.
● Boss Summon: Taka - Summons a very large and very strong hawk, which discharges black currents constantly. Taka can use nearly any lightning ninjutsu and a good deal of lightning genjutsu.
Somei Clan Jutsu
● Three Point Heart Disturbance - The user will rush up to an enemy, and using their chakra and knowledge of the bodily systems, attack all three vital points near the heart, causing it to stop.
● Somei Clan Healing Technique - The user draws in natural energy from around them and transforms it in to chakra on the surface of the skin. This gives the user a glowing appearance, but also allows the user to heal themselves or an ally.

The Somei clan was a very peaceful one that lived by itself up in the mountains with no interference from any other village, since the village itself was very well hidden within the trees and mountains of the surrounding area. The people who lived her were peaceful people who traveled strictly along the ways of the medical ninja, doing their best to try and make break-throughs in iryo ninjutsu in order to benefit every shinobi in the world. From a very young age, Somei clan members were taken in by a sensei in groups of five to learn how to become a medical ninja. Once they were taught the basics by their sensei, they were allowed to leave the group and go on their own in order to do their own research. Kikaru was no exception to this. In her early life Kikaru did what every other Somei clan kunoichi did, train and research. In fact, Kikaru researched more than anyone she knew. She loved learning, and she loved being able to add more abilities to whatever she knew. Along her research, Kikaru stumbled upon the far distant past of her clan. She found out that her clan hadn't always stuck to medical ninjutsu, and had originally started as a clan who used black lightning to their advantage to win over all of their enemies during the shinobi war.
It was then that Kikaru began to delve in to ninjutsu, and she found that, even though she had excelled amazingly in medical ninjutsu, she did even better in ninjutsu. She quickly learned through the academy jutsu and began experimenting with her own. She began to wonder why no one was using ninjutsu anymore, she seemed to do so well at it! And then she found out one afternoon when talking to her old sensei about what she had been doing. Apparently the black lightning release had some sort of effect of the Somei clan member's minds, giving them many mental issues and sometimes even driving them insane, and that it was forbidden now a days. Kikaru's sensei forced her to promise that she wouldn't learn ninjutsu anymore, and she promised, but never kept it. Through her early years she continued to learn ninjutsu, and it did effect her mentally. Kikaru formed a mental disorder called Split Personality Disorder, or SPD. Her other personality was mean, and began driving her to learn more and more ninjutsu in attempts to keep her strong.
Eventually he clan found out about this, found out about her split personalities and her study in ninjutsu, and they didn't like it, not at all. The clan was thrown in to a mass of chaos, and people began talking. There were two main parts of the clan now; there were people who though Kikaru should be kicked out or killed for breaking the code and endangering the clan, and people who agreed with Kikaru that Ninjutsu should be learned. This started a civil war in the clan, and the clan split in to. War raged for five years before they finally just destroyed eachother, and kikaru sat in the ruins that night, crying and laughing. Kikaru cried for what her life used to be, and laughed because the clan was nothing but a mass of idiots that killed themselves over power, power that was only hers to keep. With this, she left the ruins of her old home and began to travel. She went across the country of the wind where her clan used to be and began to mindlessly slaughter, allowing her second personality to take free reign, and over time she began to form a sort of bloodlust herself.
One day she was passing through a town, when a bird swooped down, a letter with her name on it attached to her leg. It was a invitation to the newer akatsuki, and she replied almost immediately; she was on her way.

Deidara wears the akatsuki robe most of the time white conceals most of what he wears other than his black standard issue ninja pants. Under the cloak he wears a normal and dark short sleeved top, which is cropped, with mesh underneath it. This mesh has no sleeves, but the mesh shows under the collar and bottom of the first shirt. He wears standard issue ninja shoes with a white covering over them which reaches down under the sole. Under his bangs is a detachable scope which he wears when not wearing casual clothing. He still wears the old headband from his village, as of which has a slash mark through it like the rest of the akatsuki.
When not going around for missions, Deidara abandons his cloak and just walks around in his normal attire.

Deidara can have a very cocky and sarcastic nature and is somewhat of an introvert narcissist. He is calm and quite laid back though he does tend to have a violent and angry nature when dealing with those who are disrespectful and childish. He has a sadist arsonist behavior and is most definitely not above having a good old fashioned fight. Deidara has a strong respect for all art, even if it disagrees with his own. His passion for art is so strong, that, even if on the verge of defeat he will not give up or admit his art has been beaten, and usually will take it as far as he possibly can to prove his art is the best. Deidara can stand most members of the akatsuki, however there is one person who gets on his nerves a good deal of the time. Tobi, one of the newer main Akatsuki members, is a person he cannot stand, even for a second. Most of the time he will meet Tobi with an annoyed glare even if he has done nothing wrong. This is mostly because Tobi is the exact opposite of what he believes an Akatsuki member should be like. This often causes Deidara to attack tobi in a comedic fashion, such as strangling the poor masked-male with his legs, or even basting him with his detonating clay.

Deidara has a habit of taking it too far when proving his "art" is awesome, and sometimes almost nearly gets himself killed. He can be reckless, and sometimes he can even underestimate his opponents.

Deidara can use his exploding clay with a great prowess, allowing for mostly anything to be done with it. He's also very strong, and versed enough in Taijutsu that he could go up against a seasoned taijutsu specialist with his arms tied behind his back. Deidara has also trained one of his eyes to counteract the effects of the Sharingan genjutsu thanks to being easily beatenby itachi before he was welcomed in to the akatsuki.

During his time as an Iwagakure shinobi, Deidara was a pupil under the Third Tsuchikage: Ōnoki. He possessed the Explosion Release kekkei genkai which enabled him to become a member of the Explosion Corps. Though praised highly for his clay sculptures, Deidara's desire to reach even greater heights in his art, resulted with him stealing a kinjutsu that allows one to knead their chakra into substances. Using explosive clay to take out his pursuers, Deidara found the art he had desired: the Art of a Single Moment (一瞬の芸術, Isshun no Geijutsu). In the anime, Deidara left Iwagakure in shambles by blowing up several structures in the village. Remembering the first moment whenever he detonated his explosive clay, he recalls the process that allowed him to reach this art. Since then, Deidara became a missing-nin and offered his services as a bomber to insurgents in various countries.
Deidara's exploits eventually caught the attention of the Akatsuki, and Itachi Uchiha, Kisame Hoshigaki, and Sasori were sent to recruit him after Orochimaru left their organisation. Deidara refused at first until he accepts a challenge from Itachi on the condition that the Akatsuki let him be if he won. However, Deidara was easily defeated by Itachi's Sharingan and begrudgingly joined the organisation. His ego crushed since then because he admitted to himself that the Sharingan was a work of art, Deidara carried a murderous loathing for Itachi and the Sharingan for the rest of his life. Knowing that Itachi as a more powerful opponent, Deidara took steps during his time with the Akatsuki to get revenge on Itachi, such as training his left eye to counter genjutsu, and devising the means to create C4.
