Team - "Alchemy"
O V E R V I E W
What?
A Chaos based team, open to any chaos member that is willing to put in the work and emotion. That means DMC, Corrupted, Cats and Negaverse Agents are all welcome into Alchemy, as long as they put their whole heart into this family/pack. Schörl wants no official 'leader', instead a fluid system where they've all bonded together to revolve with each others strengths. This would allow the team to function at a high capacity even missing IC or OOC any member at any given time.
Schörl's aim is for this to be like a special forces unit/delta squad that is so well in tune with each other that they work on muscle memory, reacting to situations and carrying out their aims many hands, one mind. Any member can suggest what Missions will be.
1) further the growth of Chaos
2) further the powerbase and skill of Alchemy
3) further the aims of their larger families ( DMC, Negaverse organization, etc)
How?
There's a lot of emphasis on battles being 1 vs. 1 in current play, despite Teams existing. I'd like Alchemy to actively pursue the team dynamic by arranging battles with other teams, ambushes of order members, use of numbers/organization of Infos to instigate 2 or 3 vs. 1 fights where many chaos try to take on high level order characters. I'd also for Alchemy to host events and get togethers between their characters to establish common history and in-story lore.
Who?
There are 7 categories listed, though some of the categories have more than one possible animal (looks like 11 animals are listed). There aren't very many active Chaos players, so just fielding seven I expect will be a challenge. The team can still be active without a full 7 (or more), though.
The team would be represented and recognized by livery/badge representing each of the Alchemical Animals/colours. Schörl herself will represent as the Green Lion that eats the sun. I'd love to plot with people on this, have training rps, REGS at each others pads and in the Rift, hunt together, etc.

If you want to join the ranks, you accept the following rules. Do not sign up for this team ( consider instead just contacting to rp with them) if this is not true of your character. If you have a question about any of these, please contact a team member.
1. Metallia is queen. If she has given an order, it is law.
2. Members will undergo conditioning training to ensure the utmost loyalty to each other. There will be no turncoats.
3. Anyone not a member of Alchemy has not been proof-tested through conditioning. Don't trust them with everything. Excel at your orders, but don't assume that an outsider is trustworthy because of rank. (this aspect comes as a dovetail to the founding General's membership in SpecOps, which keep an eye on the loyalty of other Agents)
3. Members will practice meditation and Flow techniques to balance themselves and their natures. We need focus, not loose canons.
4. Members of Order are the enemy. Kill them or transmute them.
5. Members will House with at least one other of the group as often as humanly possible. Distance creates disunity.
6. There is no turning back. You leave Alchemy in a box.
7. Members will die for each other, or the greater good of the cause.
8. Failure to act in accordance with the wishes of the group decision, without proven good reason, results in corporal punishment. Submission to punishment is not optional, and hesitation is brooked as disloyalty.
9. Disloyalty requires breaking and remolding.
10. Any member Chaos known to defect is given no quarter. They should be hunted and killed with the utmost expediency. No exceptions.
