Who is able to speak to God?

Hello fellow brother and sister who seek God's grace.

Do you need to talk to the pastor, the chairman of the deacon board, or do you need to enter into the santuary to talk to God?

The good news is no!
Beacause of the sacriface our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ made on that old rugged cross at Calvary, YOU and I have direct access to the throne of grace.

We can enter into the holy of holiest and seek God's ear and intercede for others who are in need.

Guess what?
You can pray in your own home or in the car.
Our access to God is actually from God.
Listen to what King David had to say in Psalm 65:4
'Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approuch unto thee, that he may dwell in thy high courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple.'

When we are burdened to talk to God about the sick, the hurting or the hopeless around us, we simply humble ourselves before God and seek His counsel.
Jesus made it possible for us to do so.
OUR access to God is by Christ.
Jesus spoke about it in the book of John 10:7 and 9.
'Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep. I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.'

Don't forget how the beloved John quoted the Lord in John 14:6 - Look at this:
'Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.'

When Jesus breathed His final breath on Golgotha, the veil of the temple was torn from top to bottom which paved the way for our DIRECT ACCESS to the throne of Grace.

Our access to God is enabled by the Holy Spirit of God.
(See the book of Ephesians 2:18-K.J.V.)
Eph.2:18 'For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.'

If we look at Ephesians 3:12, we see this: 'In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him.'

Think about it. We simply meet Jesus face -to- face and recieve Him by faith as our Savior and Lord and we have the ear of God the Father.
It's all by FAITH.

Paul, the admitted chief of sinners, wrote this to the church at Rome in Chapter 5, verse 2. 'Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:'

The way to salvation is not a complicated process and access to the throne of grace is not some mathematical equation.
We simply admit to ourselves that we are lost without Christ as Savior and Lord.
We accept this without doubts or misgivings, by a fundimental act of FAITH.
We act upon that step of FAITH and SURRENDER our wills to the perfect and pure will of God.
Then, while the angels in heaven shout for joy and sing the praises of a sovereign and Holy God, we are admitted into the presence of God whenever we want to fellowship with Him, praise His Holy Name, and make intercessory prayers for others.

All who know these things are commanded by Jesus to share this knowledge with others. You are given by Christ Jesus the moment that you are saved the duty of the 'Great Commission': which is to go unto all the corners of the world and to share the gospel of Christ jesus with all those whom you meet.
See the book of Ephesians 6:18 (K.J.V.) 'Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perserverance and supplication for all saints;'

Let us kneel before God and pray always for each other within our local fellowship, and for those yet to surrender to the Lord for His blood bought our gift of salvation.

Your brother in Christ Jesus,
