	Ok, so I meant to ask about this a while back, but about a month or so ago during a pride festival, I was given what I can only describe as a sex goodie bag. Besides loads and loads of condoms, it also came with some single use lube packet things. Now, I remember hearing that there's a type of lube you shouldn't use since it degrades the condom faster (or some such), but I can't remember if it's water or oil based that's bad. Also, where do you apply it?

	Oil-based lubricants can cause latex condoms to break. You can apply lubricant pretty much anywhere that you want to, including fingers, the clitoris, the vulva, the p*s, the as, etc. For p*s in va sex, you'll probably want to lubricate the ps, especially the head (tip) of the ps, after the condom has been put on (Some people put lubricant inside the condom to give the guy a wet feeling. However, this can make the condom more likely to slip off, so to be safe, I recommend lubricating the outside only). You can also lubricate your vulva, around the entrance to your v**a, if you want to.
