
Iona looked behind her carefully, feeling guilty as she walked further and further away from home. She had somehow managed to escape her parents' watchful eyes, and even more difficult: her brothers. How she had done it she didn't know, but she did know that she shouldn't have. They would be so worried about her! Part of her felt excited for having accomplished such a difficult getaway, but she knew her family would be quite upset when they found her missing. Knowing her brothers, that would be soon.
She decided that she would enjoy herself while waiting for them to find her. This would give her siblings a search-party mission. They would be upset when they found her, but deep down they would feel the same sense of accomplishment for finding her as she had felt for evading their watchful gazes. So, trying her best to shrug off the guilt, she moved further through the trees, focusing on a bright blue butterfly and following it happily.
