So the other week I bought a drink with chia in it. It was very nummy and I was thinking I could make something similar at home. I drink lots of lemon water, but was looking for something with a bit more punch to put my chia seeds in.

I never thought of using herbs in water. Or ginger. I'm going to look at plum wine/umeshu as an option too. Cucumber water is popular here at cafes.
Do you drink any flavoured water like that above? Have your own not so secret so you can share recipe? Has anyone attempted making hibiscus water?
