Does Confusion Counter Confidence?

Warmest greetings to the family of God!

How often do you run into confusion in you're Spiritual life?


If you're like most of us, you are faced with questions about whether or not you are doing what God wants you to do. It happens to me now and then and when it does, I do my best to get closer to God by searching His Word, and spending time in prayer.
Prayers, for God's Holy Spirit to slow me down a little and help me to listen to what God has to say.

King David took time to listen to God, in fact he wrote about it in Psalm 46.
Look at this.
Psalm 46:10 Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted amoung the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.
Psalm 46:11 The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
(Note-The word selah means by defination to mull it over, or to think upon it.)

Generally speaking our confusion about God can be traced to a lack of confidence in our walk with Him and in our own wants, desires, and perceived needs.
King David's son, Solomon, asked God for wisdom to lead his people justly and righteously, and like his father, he knew the source of his strength and confidence.

Let us examine Proverbs 28:1 and 26.
Prov 28:1 The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are bold as a lion. 28:26 He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool: but whoso walketh wisely, he shall be delivered.

God's Word is full of road signs that point us toward the perfect will of God and steer us to less confusion and a lot more Spiritual confidence.

Zechariah relayed God's Word to the people of his day and to us.
let us read together,
Zechariah 4:6 Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the Lord unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by spirit, saith the Lord of hosts.

Fast forward to the First century and the church established, enabled and empowered by God.
Writing to the church of Corinth, which was much like some of our churches today, Paul wrote these words.
Let us look at,
2 Corinthians 1:9 But we had the sentance of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead:
In the book of Hebrews 3:12 and 14, Paul gives us this exhortation.
Heb 3:12 and 14 Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.
For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;

Let us all pray for each other in love and compassion and ask God to help us overcome any confusion that comes along, and to walk closer and more confidently with God each and every day.
Let us agree to seek God's will and be responsive to the burden He gives us, and the vision He wants us to have.

Let us always draw upon His power and grace.

GOD And the Bible inspires confidence and love where as satan or as some call him the devil causes confussion and strife in our lives.
Satan and his minions do any ways, they lurk around any thing that is Godly and Christian and do there best to cause problems and cause strife in every ones lives.
I actually think that the person that we had in here who is the capt. of another guild on gaia is one of satans demons because he and some of his followers came in here and wrote things in this guild and in The Well Guild that was not true in any way, and then went to the members of this guild and the wells and to those who had open comment pages this one person did his best to slam and trash this guild as well as The Well Guild, and anyone with a true and pure heart for Jesus would of seen right thru his trash talk and wood of disreguarded it completely in my own opinion.
