She had made three trips to Ast already, and most of her stuff was there. She only had one bag to bring, and then the bow she had promised Kelina she would give her. It was a bow from her people, so she was sure that Kelina hadn't used one before, however a bow was a bow and it would shoot all the same. Maybe later she could get one made for her sister by a Shifter? It was the least she could do since Kelina was allowing her to move in!

She stood in the spot where they had first met, a bag tossed on her back and the bow in her hands. Kelina should be there any minute, and then they could take their last trip to Ast before Lasarra was finally moved in.

This was a big step in her life, and she knew in Kelina's as well. Thankfully Ast was filled with halfbreeds, so she wasn't all that worried about having issues with the locals, however there was always a few people who couldn't accept change. She just hoped that she didn't bring any trouble to her sister by moving into her home.

Kelina jumped from branch to branch, she was running late! And on such an important day, how could she have slept in? She knew that today was the day that Lasarra was moving in and she was supposed to be meeting her to finish bringing the last of the stuff over to Ast. How could she have slept in? When she neared their meeting spot, Kel jumped to the ground and ran the rest of the way. Her feet made soft patting sounds as she ran, now seeing the young shifter/alkidike mixbreed ahead of her. A slight smile on her face as she saw her sister waiting for her. "I'm so sorry I'm late! I overslept for once." Kel said as she slowed to a stop, gently wiping some stray-away hairs from her face. That was when she saw the bow at her sister's side. It must be the bow she had talked about and Kel couldn't wait to give it a shot.

As Lasarra waited she listened to the forest. Even without antennas she could hear the forest better then most earthlings, or so she liked to think that way anyways. Soon she could hear the pater of her sisters feet as the other girl ran towards her, and then there Kelina was. Lasarra smiled, glad nothing happened to her on her way. Although she was sure Kelina could take care of herself, she still worried.

"It's okay, you're not that late anyways." she said with a shrug. She watched Kelina's eyes touch the bow and her smile grew. "Do you like it? I know it's most likely different from what you're use to, but I'm sure it works the same." She really hoped that Kelina liked it. "Well other then that, this is my last bag. And then I'm officially moved in." she said excitedly.

Kelina sighed in relief that her sister wasn't mad. Wiping the hair (and sweat) away from her brow, she took the bow gently from her sister. She couldn't wait to use it! "Thank you Lasarra, for everything." Kelina said with a grin before turning back towards home. "I can't believe this is the last bag! Have you said goodbye to everyone? How did your mother take it?" Kel hadn't had much interaction with Lasarra's mother, but she knew the two of them were close. "And Bhima?" Knowing that her sister's best friend was likely to be upset that she was leaving Andile. But to her, personally, she couldn't wait for them to get back to Ast! She'd never had a sibling so she was looking forward to being able to have someone her age to cause trouble, well, waste time with.

Lasarra laughed. "Thank me? Thank you! You're the one letting me move in with you." she said with a smile as she started walking with her sister to her new home.

"Yes, I've said my goodbyes to everyone." they had been hard but she had done it. "Surprisngly my mother took it very well. I think she knew it was time for me to move on with my life. Plus she knew I never fully fit in here or as a warrior like my sisters." she said with a shrug. She didn't mind it really, she liked to battle and she had practiced with weapons, but she wasn't an amazon.

"Bhima and I spent the other day together, I will miss her. She was the closest thing I had to a sister before you came along." she said smiling lovingly at her sister. Sure she would miss Bhima, but she would come and see her.

Suddenly she heard movement from behind them and turned to see Izsha, her radaku. "Kelina I hope you don't mind, I had planned on leaving Izsha with my mom, but no matter what we do she always seems to find her way to me. she said looking at her radaku crossly as the blue girl walked up to them two, sniffing Kelina as she did so.

A slight blush appeared on Kelina's face. She never really thought that there was really any doubt to it. Lasarra was her sister and she would be welcomed with her no matter where she was. She couldn't imagine Lasarra having to say goodbye to everyone, but at least she could go back and visit. "Ast isn't too far away, hopefully your mother knows you'll visit. I'm glad that moving in with me gives you a chance to follow your dreams and now be limited to the Alkidike professions."

Kelina couldn't imagine being so confined, but maybe that was because she wasn't brought up like that. "I hope Bhima won't hold any grudges against me for taking you away from her! She should know that she's welcome at any time!" That was one of the things Kel couldn't help but feel somewhat guilty about, taking her sister away from her one best friend. But Lasarra had chosen to come and Kel was glad that she had.

When the radaku came up behind them, Kelina was a little taken off guard. but she really shouldn't have been, she knew Lassara could tame all kinds of animals. As the radaku, no, Izsha, started sniffing her, she held her hand out, palm down. "Of course its okay. Maybe once we get back home we'll need to build a pen or something for all the animals you'll tame." She somewhat joked as she took the first few steps towards home.

She nodded. Ast wasn't that far away at all, something she was thankful for. If her mother or Bhima, or anyone really, wanted to come see her it would only take a day as long as they weren't walking super duper slow. "Yes she knows that we will visit." she said with a laugh. Even though Kelina wasn't her mother's child, her mother did want to meet the girl. "And yea so am I, it was always hard for me because in my heart I knew I didn't want to do what they all did but I was worried that I would have to. Now I have choices!" she said happily. Choices that she had thanks to Kelina, something she would always be happy about.

"No Bhima isn't mad, if anything she is happy since now I get to realize my full potential. Plus she promises to come visit once you and I are all settled in together." she reassured Kelina. Sure Bhima was sad that Lasarra was leaving, but she understood and in the end she was happy for Lasarra.

Izsha sniffed Kelina's palm and than licked it once before deciding that Kelina was good and moving to Lasarra's side. Lasarra laughed. "I was thinking about that. If you don't have enough land by your house maybe I can find some free land near your house and just make a pen and a small hut around it for business?" she suggested.

Kelina smiled and shook her head slightly. Lasarra's mother seemed like such a sweet lady, wanting to meet the daughter of her cheating..husband? The thought of what Gituku may or may not be to anyone was kind of funny to her. "I'm really glad that you'll get to follow whatever path you want to now. It's nice that Bhima is so supportive of you even when it means you won't get to see her as much. She can come over whenever she wants, as long as she doesn't come in the middle of the night and scare the crap out of us I'll be fine with whatever." She said half joking. Though, it would be really scary to wake up to find the scary looking Alkidike stalking towards you.

"I kind of live on the outskirts of Ast so there will be plenty of room for any pens you'd like to build, or even a small hut for a business. We'll make it work out." Kel said confidently as Izsa licked her palm. Inspecting it for a moment, she wiped it on her leg with a shrug.

Lasarra laughed. She could imagine Bhima coming in the middle of the night and scaring both her and Kelina. It seemed like something that he best friend might actually do. However she was sure that Bhima wouldn't come late in the night unless something was wrong or she had to. "Don't worry, she'd come scare me not you, so if you ever hear me scream don't even worry." she said laughing.

Lasarra nodded. That was good. Being a beast tamer meant that she would need a lot of room, it was good that Kelina had it. She wouldn't want to have to work far from her home. "Kelina, I know I've said it time and time again, and I will keep saying it, but thank you. This really means a lot to me." she said taking her sisters hand and squeezing it.
