Personality: Karter is pretty tough. However, she has a soft spot for her friends. She shows a distinct hatred towards other vampires whom drink human blood. She doesn't like people who make fun of her for being vegan and a vampire, but she deals with it. She can also have a great temper, be careful not to get her angry.

Biography: When Karter was about 4 she was bitten by a vampire on the streets. Her parents were there and took her straight to the hospital. They had no idea what to do, do they continued to raise her as usual. Her parents told her she could drink blood, but the first time she tried it she hated it. She tried human blood (donated by her parents), cow's blood, dog blood, cat blood, but she couldn't get past the thought. So, she found an alternative; she just doesn't. She'll drink a lot of water and juice and things instead.
Contrary to most beliefs, Karter can go out into the sun. However, she becomes very weak, and it takes a great amount of energy just to walk. She can slightly stop this effect by wearing dark colors that deflect the sun and carrying an umbrella/parasol with her, but she can never get rid of it for good. Also, to go along with things people think about vampires, Karter doesn't sleep during the day. She tries to stay up, wanting to act relatively normal, and tries sleeping at night. Really, she just doesn't sleep much at all. Sometimes she'll randomly take naps, usually early in the morning and late at night, but never sleeping like regular humans seem to.
Talents/Abilities: Karter is a vampire, even though she doesn't always act like one. She had fangs, yes, and so she has... well, a strong bite. Against food, I mean. Not like she's going to bite anyone here, but if she wanted to, it would hurt like hell.
She is also... well, very athletic. Vampires are known for being able to run fast and being generally fit. Yeah. But since she doesn't drink blood, it's not necessarily to the extent of other vampires.
Other: Karter can be a bit of a procrastinator.
