On a rather private island with a dock for boats to dock momentarily to drop off any visitors bound for Uuma city lives Sazrah. Sazrah is an immortal Sea Nymph, powerful in her own rights. She is the only way to get to the city, so pissing her off isn't a good idea.
Sazrah envelops anyone who asks in a bubble of air and shoots them at high speeds toward the barrier that Uuma City is in.
This is also the place you surface at after being shot from the cannon.

Kirin shot up towards the house at the shores along with his massive Dizen along with him. Skdding across the ground on entry they would quickly recoer and head towards to Kranila.

Akane Saito After hours of swimming in the sea, Akane finally reached the land. She hadn't known where she was going, but the water currents just got her here. She soon found out that she's in the Aramil nation, surprised that she got so far from her home. What surprised her the most, though, was that Rashid came here too. Maybe he was brought here by the same water currents, or maybe it was just Akane's luck. Anyway, she explained that she is searching for a boy by the Kusana's queen and was given the permission to enter the Uuma city.

Looming over the horizon were several bats all closing in on Sazrah's house. Though it was bright and sunny, the man had nothing to worry about the sun. It only canceled out his lycan skills. He could no longer use lycan skills, but their immunity to any actual damage from the sun actually helped out Alistair. Though he may not have his lycan sense of smell anymore, he still had his lesser vampiric sense of smell. It seemed as though that island was where her scent trail from Nocturne had ended. But a new trail entirely came from the island itself. It went in an entirely different direction, still somewhere around the Great Ocean, but just not here. Instead of lingering here, the bats flew off in the direction of the scent.

The bubble dropped Favnir right on the shoreline. He boat he had used to get her was still here. It was a small skiff that's it. He stepped on board and drew the sails, he was off.
