Here is where soldiers can apply to have an area or building built using the city's resources. Keep in mind that only Expert's and higher can own their own home.

Mechanist Hanger
Basically the mechanist hanger of Umna will the place for all mechanist to come to both store,build, and design new machines/add-ons to their collect. On the far side of the city diagonal from the Cannon it is built like a large aircraft hanger. The Hanger itself has two enterances one on the roof for all airborne machines to enter through and finally a normal walk enterance. Going in through these ways will bring you into the large and open main hall where you will travel through to get anywhere in the building. The Building itself is made in three levels with the top floor having three different sections, the middle floor, or B1, having two sections, and finally B2, or basement level had four different sections. The Top Level is basically made up of the Main Hall Section where you can go down hallways to move to the two different sections on this level or take an elevator down to the next floors. The section to the right is the Fighter Bay or the Aeronoctics wing where most of the research is done on flight based machines and other things that promote the ability to get off the ground. The left section is gathering area where the mechanist or anyone really can sit down and relax while discussing ideas. The Lounge is designed like a large café with comfy seating, coffees and of course they sell things like drinks,food, and anything else a normal café would have. Now if you take the elevator down to B1 you will come out to a hallway with two ways to go. If you head to the right it takes you to the Testing Range and if you head to the left it will take you to Mechanical Design Lab. The Testing Range is rather large open room with nothing inside other its strange reflective walls if would appear. Thanks to the great minds here it is installed with the latest VR Sims to date allowing the room to transform into anything the person inside would want it to be. This is amazing room to test all sorts of machines no matter the size at all and with built in transports on the ceiling and floor this room also bring the machines inside with out much trouble. The Mechanical Design Lab is where, of course, most of the mechanist come to design their newest creations or simply ideas. The section is filled with high tech computers computers for electrical design and 3d models to simply design tables to draw out their design if they want to. Finally moving down B2 this is final level and also the largest part of the building itself. The elevator itself once you get out will bring you into the first section of B2 being the Material Storage center where all sorts of materials are held here for the use of the mechanist of Umma itself, this is where you can find all sorts of things from metal to firearms to even high power grenades if needed. Drones fly through this area willing to help out any mechanist, that is signed up in the database, to find what they are looking for in the Storage area and hell even help them get out if they are lost. The Drones can lead you to three different places if needed, First heading north will take you the Defence center of the Hanger where guards and drones are stationed just in case something with In the hanger itself. They are able to travel via hidden elevators through the hanger and quickly come to floor they are needed. The East Section is known as the Factory. The Factory gets its name due to mass amount of machines and mechanical device that are made through inside of it. The room itself is filled with machines and drones that would gladly help assit in building whatever machine the mechanist wanting to build. Surely most machines in here can built within moments and even the largest projects can be shorten into hours instead of days. The West section is the Knowledge Center where a large database of computers and files are held about almost anything you can think of. Details on Bloodline,Classes,Elemental Magics, Monsters, Travel Paths, etc. High Ranking officers in the Umma Military are allowed to get into restricted files which include Info on Citzens of Umma and its soldiers, People of Interest to Umma itself, and other interesting info that would not be made to public. A very good tool for anyone in Umma. The last section of B2 is rather hidden for a special reason, the living area of the creator of the Mechanist Hanger, Kirin Vilkus himself. The only way to enter the living area is to head to the elevator and type in a four letter code that Kirin himself has put in and it takes you down past the safety barriers. This small elevator takes you into the water for a few moments and finally into the ground below Umma. Once stopped it would take you into a small apartment sized section where Kirin himself lives. It is a three room apartment where it is simply a living area with a tv, sofa, and few chairs, the second room being a basic bed room with a king size bed, a dresser and a closet, finally the third room being the kichten itself with a small bath room to the side.

Aeronotics Center: -2 plus no training peneties due to rank, -3 if airborne machine
Mechanical Design Lab: -2 with no peneties
The Factory: -3 all ground based machines and add-ons no peneties

Darion's temporary housing area. A modern based theme to it. Has a nice black carpet for the living room and a nice white and black checkered tile in the kitchen and bathroom. Darion's bed room has a queen sized bed, dresser and lamp. A door that leads to a VR training room is on the left of his bed. Did I mention everything in it is fire proof? Gotta make it fire proof.
