I thought Ruby was going to draw on Weiss until Blake butted in. Weiss was a bit of surpires and I wonder if Ruby's going catch her in a darker less 'rich brat' mode. I really want to see them fight... and for Ruby to totally geek out over Weiss's weapon.

I loved it, even if it was a bit short. I'm really starting to like all of the voices a lot more.
Jaune and Ruby are adorkable.

I find Ruby's voice beginning to grow on me. xp Although, its weird to see Rooster Teeth do a (Would be) anime... I like Blake! Not sure how I feel about Weiss's voice though... sweatdrop Is it just me, or does she sound almost identical to Ruby? And by identical I mean COMPLETELY identical (Voice wise). Thoughts?

I think the issue is the actresses are still finding their range with the characters. At least in these opening episodes when Lindsay is playing Ruby 'young' she goes higher pitched.
You don't think of women as having deep voices but you can hear the difference with the range Ruby currently runs. Which is why you may have had issues with Ruby and Wiess. In bitchy mode Kara was also playing Wiess in a higher range. What we don't have is a more serious deeper Wiess to compare to.

I literally thought Weiss was going to be something totally different. I didn't know she would be a Princess I thought she would be a shy/pure/innocent.
