☆ x Ability: Healing Touch
☆ x In a Nutshell: cranky, aloof, petulant, introverted, secretive, giving, curious, open-minded, loyal, shy, and loving
☆ x Personality:
Generous: Linnaeus is more than willing to give without taking anything in return. He enjoys the satisfaction he gets after knowingly making a person smile or knowing that he just helped them out of a tight spot. He feels like this is almost a requirement of his ability. The power to heal someone should be taken lightly and Linnaeus is very serious when it comes to curing the sick or fixing a cut. However, this doesn't mean he actually shows his pleasure. Grumpy and full of hot air, Linn will grouse and loudly complain about what he's doing, too shy to actually express himself properly and not knowing how to say "your welcome," without getting embarrassed. A person's thank you will likely be met with a huff and a no big deal response.
Trustworthy: If Linn says he's going to do something, he's going to do it. He never makes promises he can't follow through with and you can always depend on him to be there in a pinch. If you want to tell him a secret, he'll take it to his grave and if you need him to hold onto something for you, he'll happily keep it safe. This is part of Linnaeus' generous nature, you can't be generous is you're constantly flaking out on people or making agreements you never intended to keep. It's Linnaeus' steadfast nature that makes him a reliable friend through thick and thin.
Sarcastic: Neither a good or bad trait, Linn's sarcasm can come off funny or insulting depending on the person. He isn't openly malicious with his words, but he'll always have a comment to throw in on whatever may be happening to him at the time. This is another way of hiding his shyness. With his inability to express himself honestly, he'll use sarcasm to get his thoughts across. Part of Linnaeus' growth will be about him learning that he doesn't always have to hid behind a surly attitude and will find out that expressing himself more openly will be a freeing type of experience.
Cranky: Linn is like the Grouch who lived in the trashcan. He doesn't like being interrupted and he doesn't like being asked to do things on the spot. He'll eventually get around to doing what a person has asked of him, but not before finishing the current project he's working on. Linn needs ample time to do something, especially if he's in the middle of something. Being made to do things on the spot is hard for him, making him more surly than usual. In general, it seems that Linn is always in need of a good nap. He tends to snap and grow impatient with people, especially if he thinks they're being idiots. This is when he needs to watch his tongue the most because when his cranky attitude it combined with his sarcasm, it makes for a very disastrous and hurtful result.
Distant: There always seems to be a wall between Linnaeus and the rest of the population. Between his words and his cranky nature, Linn is very difficult to get close to. He tries very hard to open up to people, but gets too nervous and shy, making it difficult for him to get his feelings across. Not knowing how to interact with people properly, Linnaeus continues to do what he does, keeping people at arms length in case they really hate him. Unfortunately, his personality at the moment can tend to facilitate the very dislike he's trying to avoid.

☆ x Dislikes: Wasting time, cruelty, and injuries
☆ x Secret Fear: He's afraid that everyone doesn't like him and that his friends are only pretending to like him.
☆ x Secret Pleasure: Linnaeus enjoys jam very much and will do almost anything for the deliciously sweet fruit preserve.

☆ x Since Linn is still in his sprite stage, he has yet to explore the full ability of his healing powers. In the future, he'll be able to heal small cuts and maybe a small cold before going on to be able to heal things bigger things and in larger quantities. Currently, Linn can only heal something once a day. The consequences of do more than that will leave him weak with the potential of losing consciousness.

☆ x Linn still resides is the nursey. He doesn't have a permanent home yet. He does have a next of blankets hidden out in the garden where he sleeps in warmer weather. He goes there to hide sometimes too.
