These are the Training Grounds for Konohagakure, it is (第三演習場, Daisan Enshūjō) is a training ground where Konoha shinobi hone their skills. The third training ground is a portion of land located inside of Konoha. There is a view of mountains in the landscape and a large and deep river with forests in the both of its sides. There is a glade and in its centre there are three stumps lined side by side.

 Rikyu Akio "The Light That Shines The Way" Hokage 1,770 Kanji Active/Inactive Rikyu arrives to the training grounds he was waiting for Koichi to came as well for the meanwhile Rikyu thought all the memories he had when he trained genins he was still hokage back then but wanted to train genins and be their sensei.

Koichi smiled as Rikyu said yes. He vanished from the office and arrived at the training grounds. He looked at the hokage. Ready to spar. "I'm here Lord hokage. I hope you don't try to beat me too bad. Cause I'm not holding back." He got in his ready stance.

Werekaiser Rikyu Akio "The Light That Shines The Way" Hokage 1,768 Kanji Active/Inactive "Glad to hear it." Rikyu was ready as well and made a hand sign. "Fire Release: Fire Ball." Koichi saw the fire ball and reacted to it. He dodged it with no problem and and made some hand signs. He started running towards Rikyu and finished the sign. "Wind release: Wind blade." He used the wind to make a blade and started swinging it.

Rikyu Akio "The Light That Shines The Way" Hokage 1,766 Kanji Active/Inactive He managed to dodge his fire ball jutsu then he was coming towards him with his wing blade jutsu before he got close to him he quickly made another hand sign. "Lightning Release: Lightning Illusion Flash of Pillar." A bright light appeared behind Rikyu blinding Koichi from attacking him while he was blind for the moment he threw a kunai with a paper bomb attach to it once it got close to the ground near Koichi it blew up sending him back.

Koichi flew back and quickly landed back on his feet. He is so strong. He could never best the hokage. That wasn't going to stop him though. He did some hand signs and smiled. "Fire release: Fire ball." He sent a fire ball towards him and used it as a diversion. He began running. "Bushin no jutsu." Koichi made some shadow clones and had them fight for him while he hid.

"You can run but can't hide from my next jutsu." Rikyu made another hand sign. "Fire Release: Blaze Eruption." Rikyu exhale a small fire ball launches into the sky then the flames impacts raging down consuming everything a fire storm within 20 yards radius Koichi wouldn't be able to hide from this.

Koichi was going to end this match. He saw his jutsu and quickly sent his clone to fight him head on again. Kiochi then jumped in the air without being seen and came down at Rikyu. When he came down. He got him. "Gotcha. Wind style: Rasengan." He hit him.

The lightning contact with Koichi shocking him with his lightning and from behind Rikyu came running with incredible speed thanks to his kekkei genkai. "Here I come." Rikyu was using his signature jutsu photon blade a blade arm on his right side that was bright white when he got close to him he slash him with his attack. The photon blade won't kill him since it was just chakra but would knock him to the ground.

Koichi was sent flying. He hit a tree and feel to the ground. He knew that he would lose. Now he knows the hokage best jutsu. He got up and raised his hand to show he surrendered. "I'm through. You win Lord hokage." He walked to him. "Your so strong."
