History
James grew up in a lower-class household in a big city, which, it is believed, is part of the reason for his ambitious outlook when it comes to making money. He learned his earliest die manipulation techniques by watching cons work in his locale. Perfecting the techniques with hours of practice, he began to make most of his money as a con and a thief, using his people skills to manipulate and pick pockets. Due to his sticky fingers, James was quickly recruited by a team specializing in three-card Monte to pick pockets while the marks were distracted. After being a part of this team for several months, it was uncovered by the police, but due to his being a minor (and a great deal of lying) he got off with minimum punishment.
It didn't take Picot long to return to the con-artist scene. Since then, he has traveled the world, using his skills to make a great amount of money.
He is currently living in a nice apartment in New York City, where his neighbors believe he is a small business owner.
