If Gaara had NO sand he'd be dead...
But I believe it is just the ultimate sand defense (automatic) - So little worries me hopes.

well, I guess he'd be a bit confused at the beginning and would have to change his fighting style
but logically he'd still be strong because he carried the gourd all the time

ninja i think that he would have to. find an different move to use. it is just that he can't be as fast with his defences. shukkaku i think is the only thing that he had lost.spoiler in white.

okay so me and my friends think since gaa-kun has the sand shield he doesnt bath cause he would melt.
water + gaa-kun = mud
but..... if he didn't have the sand he would use AIR!!!!!!!!!!! and be able to bathe
