Personality/Mannerism: Rei Uchiha is a warm person, often going out of his way to assist other genin with tasks around town or training, and often making sure to assist his teammates with support in the field. Very disciplined in his own right, Rei makes sure to keep constant control of his mind and body, as a ninja without the body to perform what he or she wants cannot act upon his or her own will. If he feels that someone made the wrong call on a mission, he will seek to correct it, for the sake of his comrades. Rei also has a knack for playing small jokes on his friends, using harmless genjutsu at times, or traps and snares. Can be a bit of an air head at times.
Facial Features: Mostly as imaged above. Rei's eyes are Blue, a rich sky blue, and his hair is black, kept to a medium length, as much longer could inhibit vision, or look unkempt. Rei also has sharper features, making him seem a little edgy.
Physique: Lean, though athletic. Rei keeps his body toned and flexible to be able to perform at least basic Taijutsu and close combat.

Favorite Food/Drink: Rei loves raspberries. He will do anything for them, or almost anything.
Least Favorite Food: Ham. Rei utterly hates ham and its "bland, pointless flavor".
Likes: Rei likes playing games. From strategy games like chess to simple games like tag or hide and seek. He views these as fun and like training. Rei as enjoys coming up with new illusions and genjutsu, though he has yet to figure out how to make these actually work, he enjoys taking the time to imagine how effective they would be. Rei also enjoys light walks and meditation, as solitude does wonders for the mind.
Dislikes: Rei really does not like unintelligent rashness or ill humored jokes, particularly at someone's expense. He also really dislikes anyone who threatens his life or the lives of his comrades, though that would be a given. Rei also seems to dislike "hamheads" or boring people.

Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack.

Henge no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.

Nawanuke no Jutsu is a very basic Ninjutsu that allows a ninja to escape from rope binds.
• Kinobori no Waza - Act of Tree Climbing ~ E Rank
Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.
• Suimen Hokou no Waza - Act of Water Surface Walking ~ E Rank
A variation on the Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing), the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.
Genjutsu:
•Mist Servant Technique - D rank
This genjutsu creates eerie black ninja illusions, which appear one by one from trees and rocks, and corner the enemy. Their movements are slow, but when attacked they multiply, and in this way they appear like ghosts inhabiting the mist. Kunai are added to this technique, by throwing them to match illusions movement, making them seem real. As the clones continue to multiply, the victim will eventually be worn down.
• Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique - D rank
This is a genjutsu that reveals the fears that dwell inside people's hearts. Everyone has an image of the one thing they wouldn't want to ever see. This genjutsu is a technique that draws forth such an image from within the heart and has one mistake it for reality. First, an imaginary circle of leaves will spin around and envelop the target, falling away shortly after. After a short period, the illusion will begin. This is to make the illusion more convincing, since the user will likely have moved before the illusion sets in. If the mental image is a gruesome one, the shock will be accordingly great.
• Leaf-Style Willow - D rank (?)
The user waves their sword back and forth, which when seen by the target locks them in a genjutsu which causes them to hallucinate multiple waving arms. The movement resembles that of a willow tree blowing in the wind. With the enemy off guard, the user is free to cut them down.
• Kai - C rank
The user will perform the Tiger Hand Seals and say Kai to release the genjutsu or illusionary technique effect. The effect also work if the user touches another person using the Genjutsu Dissipation. This stops the flow of chakra in the body by apply an even powerful chakra to disrupt the affect chakra.
• Demonic Illusion: False Surroundings - C rank
A genjutsu that allows one to trick others into mistaking the place they're in for another. This technique's main feature is that it can be cast over an extensive surface, therefore any and all who step into the illusion's area of effect will fall under the spell.
• Demonic Illusion: Double False Surroundings - B rank (?)
This technique places another illusion within another illusion created by the user. When the target dispels the first illusion, they will not realise that a second is in place.
• Demonic Illusion; Tree Binding Death - B rank
This is one of the genjutsu passed down since ancient times in Konohagakure. The user first disappears from plain sight in a mist-like fashion in order to approach the target without being detected. Once close enough, the target will then be completely robbed of their mobility as they see the mirage of a fast-growing tree coiling itself around them. Given that the subject remains conscious, this technique proves extremely efficient for information-gathering. Once the target is immobile, the user can then attack the enemy, usually after emerging from the trunk of the tree.
• Genjutsu: Bringer of Darkness Technique - A rank
This technique exerts an hallucinatory effect upon the eyesight, effectively blinding the opponent. No matter how skilled an opponent may be, they are forced to wait helpless in this world of darkness, as this technique allows the user to attack unseen. Although it negates sight, it does not stop the other senses.

Background:
Rei Uchiha, the first born child of Hideta and Sora Uchiha. And the only son. He lived a happy and peaceful life, with his father being a ninja in service to Konaha, and his mother a stay at home kind of gal, he had a rather traditional life growing up. Nothing in particular happened until he turned 7, when his mother died. She was seriously ill, and no one could help her, as it was her body itself shutting down, and no one could have stopped it. It was a month before she died, when Rei began going to the academy every day, when she gave him a red cord. "Care for this always, for when you hold it, I am near, no matter where you are." These words struck a chord in his heart, and he never went a day without that red cord in his possession again.
Then she died, and Rei only had that cord to keep her close. He devoted himself to his studies, and worked hard. Soon, he found his talent for Genjutsu, and Summoing Jutsu. Rei would use these to great effect, often times while sparring against his father, learning techniques outside of the Academy and practicing for real combat situations. His father, though he would never truly fall for the Genjutsu, would allow his son's traps and plans to come near fruition. Rei would work hard, training in Genjutsu almost purely, as he wanted to become so skilled with it, he could alter his foes reality, and get them to do as he wanted. And he wanted to be able to help his father overcome the loss of his wife, Rei's mother, Sora Uchiha.
Rei never gave up sparring with his dad. He still does from time to time, though it had grown very serious. His grandfather often came and watched, though recently, his grandfather passed of age. While affecting him at another loss, Rei has used this as an inspiration to survive to be that age, and make his family, in particular his mother, proud. He was going to be the master of Genjutsu, and make sure that the world was safe from lies and untruths regardless of what people think.
