Most days Yuu Hakuto didn't wander too far away from the land she was familiar with. The idea of straying far from Cross would leave a slight sour feeling in her stomach. She usually the mare would remain in sight of her mate.
It was the fact that Cross had been missing for several days that had Yuu wandering as far as she had done. She had stopped frequently, always glancing back in the direction that she had traveled from with a look of
apprehension. What if Cross returned to the place they shared while she was looking for him? Should she go back and wait? With a hint of stubbornness the mare gave a quiet and brief sound of discontent at her state. It seemed as if her accessories were slipping down her legs. Fixing the problem wouldn't help until she stopped for the day. A sound from nearby had her ears flicking in the direction the noise came from and Yuu realized that she was hearing another voice. It wasn't Cross though. Picking her pace up and settling into an easy canter Yuu crested the slight hill and looked around before spotting a winged mare. She'd never seen anything like this Soquili before. Just what was she.
Yuu Hakuto stood, lost in thought, before slowly advancing down the hill.
