Starburst had taken to long, wandering walks through the swamp every once in a while, waiting patiently should she be needed. Other times, she was drawn away from her soft, warm days with Waltz to greet a soon-to-be parent, but mostly, she found these lucky kin when she was deliberately covering ground for the very purpose to congratulations.

It was one such day where she had only brought Leading Light to be her companion that a low tug in her furred, cheetah gut send her loping through tree tops, taking impossible leaps over some trees until she landed, silent, above the expectant acha doe. Looking down with a smile that might seem strange on any other cheetah, Starburst settled down on the branch with Leading Light taking to a branch just above.

Her tail swept down in a smooth arc, lazily swinging as she contentedly pondered the family that she was witnessing, a warm feeling growing in her chest. She really did love large families.

Where to start looking? Up.

Starburst was momentarily silenced by the sight of a feline that she had never encountered before. She didn't move from her spot on her branch, but Leading Light, always eager to meet other cats dropped down behind Starburst and then to the ground. He tilted his head, a respectful distance between the two, and gave a plaintive chirp in greeting.

Starburst smiled down at the acha, glowing eyes crinkling small, before she answered by projecting gently to the doe, "Hello there."

Starburst nodded congenially, "My name is Tastes Like Summer."

She looked down at Leading Light who was quietly looking at the other cat, very clearly wanting to get closer, as was his nature, but also wary of the rumbling. He sat down, tail flicking back and forth curiously, but he didn't try to initiate what must be his version of conversation again.

"This is Leading Light. He's rather friendly, but he won't bother her too much."

She dropped down to the ground behind Leading Light, nudging him in the back so that he dropped to his side, lounging with his neck and belly exposed. She flicked her eyes to where the stomping of another kin, family, was originating, but she nodded serenely at Peep, "Congratulations."

Starburst settled comfortably onto her haunches, tail curling to rest on her paws as she looked up at the doe. She dipped her head down in a short bow in response to the does. Starburst never really expected any respect; she considered herself more lucky than anything else.

Leading Light watched Safeguard from his position on his back, tail still flicking back and forth. Starburst laughed lightly, but shook her head. "I'm afraid I don't."

She paused for a second, trying to figure out what prompted the doe to ask, before responding, "Is Cue the legendary that blessed your last clutch?"

Sensing the Peep's disappointment, Starburst laughed softly, "I have to admit that I haven't been a legendary for very long at all, but I do hope that one day I will meet her."

She tilted her head, smiling, "I imagine that it wasn't comfortable at all, but I'm sure your family is beautiful."

"Is there anything at all that you're worried about, even if you're not worried about carrying the clutch?"

"I'm glad," Starburst smiled and was about to offer a blessing in exchange for an answer to a question of her choice, when the big cat by Peep's side made her move. Leading Light gave a pleased toss of his head, now that he wasn't being so scrutinized, seeing it as an opening and flipping back onto his belly.

Starburst gazed thoughtfully at Peep for a moment before nodding, "You may, I but ask for an answer to a question in exchange if that works for you."

It was rather disappointing for Leading Light that there wouldn't be a friendship between him and Safeguard. He gave a wounded chirp, resting his on the ground.

Starburst considered her question thoughtfully before settling on, "Other than health, what do you wish for most for your children and why? Answer carefully..."
