Bio (Up to five sentences minimum): William's family was one of royal blood. Everyone in the family was born as a weapon....Not William though. Though he had the royal blood he was not a weapon,but he was a meister. His parents could not accept this and as a baby banished him from there castle and left him to the slums of london. His parents then adopoted another baby son that was a weapon and he took William's position as prince. Jasper (a faithful butler to the Lewis family.) found William and raised him up and taught him the basic skills of being a prince and being a gentleman, and of the DWMA, and weapons and meisters and witches.. William was to young at the moment for Jasper to tell him what really happend so he decided to tell him that witches took his parents away knowing in the back of the head he shouldnt feel a young boys head with lies. As william grew up Jasper grew older and he one day decided to tell William the truth. With this William was shocked and broken. He then swore revenge on the boy the adopted over him and swore to become strong enough to take his rightful place on the throne. This is what leads him to the DWMA...

+ Deadly soul:If William focuses enough he can channel his soul wavelength to fire out of his fingers like a gun. he can also use this to turn regular bullets into soul wavelength bullets.
+ BANG! BANG! BANG!: William's extreme marksmanship has made him extremley deadly with any kind of firearm.The more he shoots a gun the faster he can pull the trigger.
