Yeah, sure. Just let me know at the time of purchase.
Would (insert character name here) work for a custom?
Ask yourself the following questions...
1. Is the character a vaguely dog-like creature?
Good examples: Red XIII, Balto, and Arcanine. Bad examples: Sephiroth, Marceline the Vampire Queen, and Mewtwo.
2. Does the character have a lot of bright colors, or unnatural markings?
Good examples: Bolt, Mightyena, or any of the 101 Dalmations. Bad examples: Sonic is bright blue, the Cheshire Cat is pink and purple, and Poliwrath (in addition to not being dog-like) has a swirl.
3. Does the character rely on a specific aspect of their appearance to be successfully conveyed as that character?
Bad examples: Pikachu has a zigzag tail, and most human characters rely on their clothing to be identifiable.
4. Is it vaguely natural to real wolves?
Some small bright markings are fine, but a bright yellow wolf is not. Spots and stripes are fine, but stars and peace signs are not. Scarves and bracelets are fine, but pants and hats are not. If you still think your character might work, you can ask in the thread or send a PM to the mule.
Can edits on my wolf pass down to its puppies?
Curly tails are genetic. Short tails are considered an injury. Edits unique to your wolf may or may not pass down. There is no set price for edited breedings; it depends on how complex the edits are!
Do scars on a custom count as markings or edits?
Provided they don't affect the line art itself, they're just markings/colors. A chewed up ear, however, would affect the line art and would then count as an edit.
Can I have a wolf with (insert any type of ability that regular wolves do not have)?
Probably no, especially if it's magical or supernatural.
Has (particular cosplay) been taken?
Check out the Owner's List and just Ctrl + F to search for the character's name. All of the Direwolves from Game of Thrones are completed and we recently had a Pokévent. So far, no other major characters have been taken.
