The first contest is easy. In the recruiting contest, whomever recruits the most people will of course be the winner. Understand, we need active members that are at least semi literate. This contest will last for a total of a month. Now, how do we know which members invited whom? Well of course there is going to be rules.

Rule #1: They must fill out the join guild summary appropriately.
Rule #2: They must be at least semi literate because if they are not, they will be rejected.
Rule #3: They must put the screen name of the person that invited them.

And that is it for those rules for that contest. This contest will end 8/20/2013. What are the prizes? Well, there will be a post in the OOC to remind you of the prizes for both. But here is the first place it will be put.

First Place: 10,000 Gold
Second Place: 5,000 Gold
Third Place: 2,500 Gold

Now as for the second contest. We were kinda unsure how to do this but our leader has figured out the best way to do it. In this case, we will post up a new sub category. It will be titled Contest. Within this thread I want you guys to post one single post. It can be as long as you want, no matter the type of character. The requirements will be placed below. Once the post is complete, you will do a second post on that thread you created. This will be your chance to tell us your ideas for the character you control to do in the past and how they will accomplish it. It doesn't have to be in a story type format but it must be legible. There will be a total of 5 open slots. Staff members are eligible for this contest but they will be unable to judge their own. There will be 5 mini contests.

Rule #1: If your piece is not chosen for one mini contest, you will need to do a new one.
Rule #2: Make sure you put the date as the title for the thread.
Rule #3: Please do not plagiarize another person's work.
Rule #4: Chosen judges must not tell anyone.

Now, each mini contest will last between 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. We want to give everyone a chance to put in their peace. Judging will be done by a group of your peers. Judges will be chosen by a random name pick. There will be a total of three judges. Should we find cheating, the piece will be disqualified and a new judge will be chosen.
