To become a Crew:
Crew members are basically moderators who were either lucky enough to join during the early days of the Guild or who apply by PM to a VC or the Capitan. However, for kicking or banning, they must make a request in the Crew Room forum.
1. Do you understand the responsibilities you are requesting and may or may not be given?
2. Just to check, what is your age?
3. Just to check again, do you have any disabilities that may affect your writing, spelling, grammar, etc.?
4. Have you had any problems involving other members?
5. Do you swear not to abuse your position of slightly elevated power?
The above is a request form to fill out for requesting a promotion to Crew.
To become a Vice Capitan:
A Vice Capitan, or VC, is someone who joined early and is/was a friend or is someone who has proved their role playing abilities and consistency to post within the Guild. These are really the Admins, and they'll be able to do things without my permission in most cases.
In this case, the Capitan must elect someone or the VCs must present someone to the Capitan and a vote by poll will go ahead. If it's more positive, the person is promoted. If not the person isn't.
A prerequisite is that the elected or presented member was a Crew member before the poll takes place.
